I would definitely recommend Lennar homes to anyone that is looking to buy a home. The process was easy and quick. Every person we worked with was great! We closed and in our new home within 30 days.

The process was so easy the loan officers were such a pleasure to work with any one who wants to buy a home i highly recommend lennar. They will work with you any way possible.

We have purchased several homes, with the last two forever homes being custom builds. We know exactly what we want and how we want it. We never expected to walk into this Lennar Home and find that it was about 99% exactly what we wanted from design down to flooring and color scheme. He’s very helpful and kind in placing an order for one of our kitchen cabinet which was damaged during the installation , now we are waiting for the installer to do the installation . We have some six month issues will submit them soon. Hopefully he will take care of those issues as well . We are very happy and satisfied with Lennar Builders . Thank you !

Great and smooth in overall buying experience.

It was a good experience, people were responsible and helpful. One area could be better. The different teams, sales, construction, finance, title, could communicate between themselves better.

Good community and good facilities

Been pretty awesome overall, the value is there with Brand new everything awesome. If getting mortgage through Lennar, need to be prepared to turn things around as immediately as possible. That said, I’d recommend family and friends to buy Lennar home if HOA dynamics are something you’re OK with.
