We had a great experience with buying our home.

A generally straightforward and simple process. Some might be bothered by the lack of finish choices, but we found the available options from which to choose to be very well designed. Our sales agent, Debra, was a joy to work with; our concierge, Jenni, made the process seamless; Jean, the project manager provided excellent information; and Scott was responsive and thorough with post move-in follow up. If I had one concern it was related to Sunnova, the mandatory solar provider. But issues in this area had more to do with their processes than Lennar.

From our first meeting with Dennis at the sales office to the closing with Bryan, from the beginning to the end of the home buying process, and everything in between, Lennar Builders did an excellent job!

This was the first time I experienced buying a house built from the ground, just for me.. Lennar really did a good job on the design. I got to see the installation before the walls went up. It was amazing how the construction crew did the work. They all knew what to do and how to do it. I’m grateful to have gone with this company. Thanks to everyone involved.

Great experience overall; I had a bad experience in the beginning with the home design; but the staff, construction team, and loan officer and processor was able to assist when needed and provide a great service. Overall I am very happy with my new home and the type of loan I was able to receive. Will definitively recommend it.

My process was little stressful at first due to being a first time buyer. I am very excited that they got me a lower apr rate than my other lenders. The process with everyone was very helpful and great. They all worked hard to help me with my first home!! I am excited to be a new homeowner and live in a great area.

I heard that buying a house was a stressful process but, with Lennar it was easy and I was in good hands since the first day, Mrs. De Luna helped us to choose the house we wanted, my lender officer Kim and her team were outstanding and always available for any questions or concerns. Mr. Wes always had the information we needed. Our closing date was less than a month since we saw the first house. The best buying experience! My lot is at least 3 times bigger than my previous home in Moval. Huge house and silent area. No noise or trouble. No problems with the house. Best value compared to other builders.

Lennar made it a quick process with knowledgeable, friendly staff and great communication all throughout.
