The entire process was a positive experience.

Im very happy with the house I purchased. It did have a small issue we found out after Hurricane Helene went through South Carolina. A small window had a very small drip. using the App I did a warranty ticket. I received attention the same day. Id like to compliment Kolby for her multi tasking several contractors to come in the right order. She's a great asset to Lennar

Lennar was able to contact me within a reasonable time for understanding the issue and quickly able to schedule a time to come and fix the issue.

It was seamless home buying experience. We enjoyed each phases of it until we moved it to house. Lennar team is still with us and making sure we would enjoy our stay without any issues.

This is our 3rd Lennar home and as expected, we had a no issue closing. The house is finished with only minor issues that have already been corrected. Keep up the good work!

From selection of my home to closing, lennar made it a very easy and pleasant experience. All my concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner. The home delivery team was and still is amazing. All concerns have been addressed with the utmost of importance and care.

The entire experience has been incredible! From start to finish, we got all our questions answered and we got all the support we needed. The process was surprisingly easy. We love our new home we're so be excited about Barefoot Lakes it's a fantastic community. Amazing experience from the first step into Lennar sales office. Carlo our sales agent was amazing and also lennar mortgage and construction supervisors Jesse and Robbie who did walk thu with us. After move in if we had something that needed to be done they did it so fast. Amazing experience! Love Lennar!

He’s very helpful and kind in placing an order for one of our kitchen cabinet which was damaged during the installation , now we are waiting for the installer to do the installation .
