The entire experience has been poor. Issues do not get addressed and even when they are they are only half addressed. There are issues we have had since our one and only walk through before closing that still have not been addressed. We were also promised multiple walk throughs, throughout the process and did not receive them.

Overall we felt that we are cheated on the quality of the workmanship and the material. They are rushing with the construction process and hence compromising on the quality. During construction hard to get updates and clarification on any concerns we had. They even close the house before fully ready. The warranty process is awfully bad...The list will go on and on...

I don’t think I would buy from Lennar again, and would not recommend them. It seems their goal was , where you would want a builder that takes pride in their workmanship.

No help to resolve warranty issues. Contractors making appointments and not showing up to appointments. Unprofessional and inexperienced contractors showing up to make repairs. Will never recommend Lennar to anyone.

My experience with this purchase has been a nightmare. This company don't take responsibility from their negligence's. Big sewer water flood the day of the move and nobody want to claim responsibility.

Honestly don’t know where to begin.. quick answer is that Lennar fits the exact definition of Quantity over quality. Don’t have the effort to repeat myself again on all the issues. Not to say there was not positive experiences during the process, however the negative over shadowed it. The most frustrating part is they were issues that could have been very easily corrected.

I’m very happy with the sales person he was super professional and helpful. Sales person was amazing but I am very disappointed with the contractor or who is in charge of the construction A lot of work was not done on the closing date of property and still not fix after almost 2 months for example,A few wall in the house have to be fix, plumbing part, painting still not done, few lights at the hall of the house still not installed.

These are NOT homes!!!!!! They are just houses built by contractors that have no pride in workmanship! Would not recommend this builder.

My home was built using lock luster effort. Everything from the materials and attention to detail is lack luster. My home is falling apart with so many defects that I have marked. I have purchased from every major builder before and Lennar doesn’t even earn a spot at the table in my opinion…

First of all, I would't brag about "having around 200 closings in one day" if everything you guys do is terrible. Terrible customer service. I don't get why we had to wait like 8-10 hours in the title house to get our keys EVEN when we presign the documents 3-4 days in advance. The finish in our house is terrible and I keep submitting tickets and my CM is not doing absolutely anything about it. Right now, I have a 24 pages long list of things that needs to be fixed.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of material and the quality of work done on my home. They are working with us to fix these things, but they shouldn’t of had to been fixed to begin with. One of my biggest complaint is the trim. The trim throughout the entire house has chips, filled holes, and flakes everywhere.

Do not buy from Lennar they do not care about quality of work They do not fix problems and leave you hanging We have been in our home since Dec 13 and still have major problems that we CANNOT get fixed SORRY we bought this house

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. There’s so much wrong with our house. We are missing a lot and no one to come fix it. Horrible.

Many things being fixed should not have passed quality control before selling which seems nonexistent. In a rush for profit they compromise quality placing the burden on the buyer to say something is wrong a position the buyer should not be placed in by a quality builder. A warranty is great but don’t sell a product that’s damaged. They are being responsive to correct and fix things so far unfortunately some of the contractors leave a mess the homeowner needs to clean up. Not sure if quality contractors are lacking which could be the case. The sidewalks in the neighborhood and driveways look extremely damaged to be fixed later by the developer but that’s loss time of enjoyment. Walk the sidewalks and see how bad they are. It’s ridiculous. They can do better but quality over quantity has taken a backseat. Heard good things about Lennar but this is not one of their better neighborhoods unfortunately. No reason for it not to be. Hold contractors accountable, create quality control prior to the sell, and stop damaging the concrete after its in place. It’s not rocket science. ... Más

The house has too many issues and it is taking too long to resolve them. It was not worth it to pay so much many for a hoy with a very poor workmanship. It has been five months since the closing and stood Lennar hasn’t fixed all the many things wrong in the house.

Lack of communication of the process. Lack of customer service.Lack of understanding of customer needs

Closed in August, still waiting to fix more than 10 issues

There were several issues with our home upon move in which we were told would be taken care of. We had to continuously contact customer care and the construction manager to complete tasks that were not completed as promised. We had a ticket opened due to a cracked cabinet and back splash prior to closing date. The ticket was closed without being addressed or us being contacted. I had to continously reach out to customer care to figure out why the ticket was closed without the work being completed and they weren't able to tell me who closed the ticket or why. We were not disclosed the Villa fees upfront. House was not complete on closing day. As well as many repairs needing to be done upon move in.

Walk thru was fast and not complete. Many exceptions to close. I was given the wrong key when I closed. People were working on my home after I CLOSED without permission from me. My garage just got fixed 3 plus months later. The light switch to my laundry room is behind the door. With all that being said, I know nothing is perfect. I recommend a very thorough walk thru.

Waiting for months to get problems addressed and still no help. Promises made and no follow through. Finish work is not good, follow through not good, effort to make things right nonexistent. Gone through all the appropriate channels and done everything asked of us and we are left hanging with no help in sight.
