Salesman Chad Bush. Great Quality of workmanship. Dreadful. I already submitted a review and heard nothing. I have already requested solutions to no end. Waste of time doing this I’m sure

The homes are built too quickly. After moving in you have to continuously call the service center for repairs which makes no sense since this is a newly built home. I am out of $450 because a pipe broke out in front of my house, the city came out and deemed it was my responsibility to fix and they turned my water off. Leak was caused by a piece of concrete that was sitting on the water pipe that caused a crack in it. Well I called their service to submit a request a repair, and the customer service representing acted as if she didn’t know what I was trying to explain to her, I got frustrated, hung up and went on home advisor and found a plumber. Now im trying to get reimbursement from lennar for the money that I spent and I am being told that “you may not get reimbursed because you didn’t go through us”. A water leak that caused my water to be completely shut off is an emergency, no one has time to be playing with your customer service representatives and waiting x amount of days for a contractor that they hire to come out. There’s many times that I’ve submitted service request and the contractors they hire either do not call me to schedule an appointment, they’ll schedule an appointment and just don’t show up. This is extremely frustrating as a new home owner. 2 months after closing and already have water leak. Take your time when building these homes, Rome wasn’t built in one day and that should apply for these homes too. Lennar homes are priced expensive so there should be no reason why the cheapest paint should be used through the home, the front doors are put on incorrectly where as the hinges are on the outside and if anyone decides to break into your home they can do so easily because all they have to do is unscrew the hinges off the door from the outside. The paint on the concrete is chipping from the heavy amount of rain that we’ve been getting because it was the cheapest paint used. ... Más

That lennar doesn’t follow thru on issues. Lennar has been procrastinating on a leak in my garage for well over a month. The pavers have been removed from the side of my garage. How can it take so long to fix a leak. There is now a tropical storm coming. I’m concerned about flooding and possible damage to the slab.

finishing of corner areas and fine points sub-standard. shower had to be re-caulked after a few months. bath tub is noticably not square. i measured it 1/2" off. the dividing wall between shower and tub is also crooked. noticable gaps between floor and bathroom cabinets. House was not cleaned prior to move-in. Window holes are also not cut square. Just waiting for something major to break as AC units, washing machines, and crown moldings issues are already happening in other homes in the neighborhood. Side yard sod was destroyed during the installation of the next door house. Someone threw down some sod, but it's not as nice as before. Garage door had a dent that was never addressed even though I contacted our "guy." Too many to write. ... Más

I purchased Lennar’s most prestigious home available in Babcock National. I got the same refrigerator and countertops that are in the condos that cost 1/3 of what my home cost. My upgraded cabinets have to be replaced because of a manufacturing defect. Quality of workmanship is extremely low because the contractors have to rush through every home. Think twice before buying from Lennar.

I honestly purchased the home due to the location but was not happy and am still not happy with all the active repairs having to be completed due to negligence on the builders part. It honestly feels like they just slapped my home together.

Build quality is not good and finishing is not good as well.

Let’s start off with the good. Jennifer in the sales team, was great to work with. Everything else has not been a good experience. The craftsmanship of the house is not of the quality you would expect from Lennar or any home builder. There are so many issues with the home. Once we submit a ticket the team try and take the easy way out of fixing the problem and then it looks worse than it did originally. The team have to fix it numerous times and it fix is not of the quality you would want for a brand new home. Another issue is the lack of responsiveness to getting open tickets done. We have opened tickets do to poor craftsmanship and sometimes they will close them without fixing them. I would not recommend Lennar as a home builder. ... Más

I bought a new home from Lennar at Sendero in Sparks NV and I have had nothing but problems since the house was in the construction phase. I noticed some of the work done was below standards and I addressed it with the superintendent of the job-site which got most of the issues resolved. When we did our walkthrough we spotted several issues with paint scratches and broken tiles but the customer service representative Ron would say “oh we’ll take care of that” and not mark it in the list of issues, now 5 months living in this house there is still issues that need to be fixed and I called the Lennar warranty center because Ron won’t return my calls or address the issues and they say they cannot fix what is not on the initial walkthrough because it could have happened after move in, but since Ron didn’t mark the issues in the list I have not proof that we pointed those issues out. This is our first brand new home and the second home we owned. It’s been 5 months dealing with this, the baseboard for the downstairs bathroom was removed about a month in and it’s been like that since, the air vents for the air conditioning rattle at night and will not let us fall asleep, the the paint on the garage door is really uneven, the plumbing makes a whining sound when you close the faucet and other issues. We sold our previous home because it was getting old and we didn’t want to deal with repairs and issues but little did we know we were about to walk into a headache of issues and repairs. It’s not all bad I think Lennar uses quality materials and builds a really nice house but their customer service addressing warranty is horrible to deal with. ... Más

The home seems well overpriced for the poor quality of materials used, especially the flooring. The houses are built MUCH too close together, and my backyard has a very steep decline that makes much of the yard unusable.

Subcontractors never get back to you when you need answers to questions about what was done on the house for example the irrigation system was put in at the beginning of the build I have no idea where the heads are I have no idea what type of system they're using and when I try to get information nobody bothers to call me back secondly when you asked first things from the DC after your house is closed he never gets back to you or he tells you he will get in but he never does trying to get information about the build of this house is like pulling

We had so many repairs around the house that has taken so long to get it done. We have been in this repairs issues for almost three months now

The communication is horrible. After I bought my home Nate never responded to a question I had I guess all he cared about was his initial review. Paint is chipping left and right, paint all over our deck, our island is not straight, the granite is not sealed so stains have already happened, things weren’t painted trim wise on the outside of the home. Blue tape left in spots that were supposed to be fixed. Garage remotes stolen at close, everything was very cheaply done and terrible workmanship. There is an excuse for everything and am immediate defense when you ask/question things. Not happy and would never use Lennar again or recommend. I was promised warranty work on my house and they even dropped off the materials. While the house next to me was getting constructed they got stucco on my house and they didn’t fix it. Greg the Knowologest was amazing. He got everything fixed for me and called me the next day. The new knowologest took over and is horrible. Before Greg let he said the GC would fix the paint and the GC never did. No the new knowologest said he not going to fix it. While buying the house the waiting until the last day to say they needed documents to close. They have 3 weeks and waited until the last day. The loan officer was very nice through the process. ... El control de calidad es deficiente. La mano de obra no es buena. Necesita muchas reparaciones y un trabajo muy descuidado. El especialista en garantías no lo está haciendo muy bien en el seguimiento.

Mi puerta trasera no funciona, se suponía que iban a regresar y pintar lo que arreglaron y no tengo noticias de nadie.

Patrick is an excellent and pleasant sales person; always helpful and ready to answer all your question. Overall the house will look good. If I need to critic something, I really don’t like the lack of choices when building your house...my kids are allergic and I cannot have carpet; they cannot help me. My kitchen sink will be very uncomfortable to use; but I cannot change it neither. After waiting for my house several months; I will need to spend extra several thousands $$ and time before moving to my new house which makes the process a bit more uncomfortable. Overall a solid 3 stars and a happy customer; and to be fair with Lennar...I’m sure they have other more expensive neighborhoods where I can custom made the whole house! ... Más

We love Lennar’s everything’s included with nicer appliances, countertops, cabinets, whole house fan, ring doorbell, smart lock, garage door, thermostat, etc. However, we discovered a leak in our kitchen island a month after moving in caused by the builder’s carelessness which has caused major inconveniences for us and has taken over a month to fully repair the damage.

We decide to buy at this location after looking in several other places, including Lennar locations, Danielle F. was a great motivation for our decision, she was extremely attentive and patient. going inside to constructions sites with us, wearing beautiful high-heels and not afraid of getting them dirty, she is amazing. the whole process was very self-explanatory, and easy, and if any question arises, Danielle was there for us. When was time for to us starting visiting the house for the final walks we only met great people JP and Keene, they explain everything we need to know about the house and give us great advice. Our house is beautiful, we are making all we can to make the most of that. The downside exists, maybe is not the same for everyone, for us was the fact in the kitchen there is no extractor, the one from the microwave is not enough if you cook every day. The kitchen cabinets need to be more functional, to upgrade after it is almost impossible unless you are in the conditional to pay a reasonable of money to do so. It took us meeting with 6 Lennar people to come up with a resolution. Not the easiest to work with except one person (Patrick) stood up and put the problem in their court, where it was to begin with, and we finally agreed.

Hi Everything is delayed abd hard to get info from sales people. Reluctant to give feedback and answer questions in regards to ongoing progress. Like pulling teeth hard to get info. Now amenity center is delayed when we contracted we were told summer 2021 now summer 2022 Very much not happy . Wish we could get out of our contract Hope someone hears me abd contacts me

My experience so far has been pretty OK, until I move into my home and see how they respond with taking care of items that are still outstanding as far as the punchlist goes and then I can give you my honest opinion but right now so far so good.
