We have no complaints about the entire process. We love, love, love our Lennar home!

Home quality is very good and delivery of the home was on time. Very professional process and no issues at all.

I haven’t had any issues with them, so far so good with no complaints.

Lennar is a quality builder, no doubt. But our dealings with two people Robin(sales end) and Michael(follow up and problem solver) account for the most satisfying parts of our experience. Both go the extra mile to help us to easily navigate the home buying process. This company should know they integral to customer satisfaction.

Looking at single story homes and found a home at Talamore community but wanted the same home in Black Mountain Ranch. Walked into the first Pioneet model and fell in love with it and made offer and accepted all with 3 hrs time from seeing it to prequalifying and accepting offer. Very quick and fast process. Love lennar homes.

My home buying experience is going great ! Brandon Todd is excellent and a 5 star builder . He has been attentive and responsive with all my concerns leading up to closing and afterwards. In Addition Tim Martin and his partner are extremely kind and supportive as well with their roles. With this being our second home we have purchased the experience thus far has been better by far than buying from D R Horton.

I was taken care of in a timely manner and everyone keep me informed of what was going on before closing, and after closing and I moved in they made a visit to see how things were going. I would recommend Lennar for buying your next home.

Brandon Wilson in Sales was great! Made things very easy. Paul and team weee great on streamlining walk thru and required pre-close repairs. Mitch and team are great on post-close warranty issues. Debbie Eichelberger in Title was AMAZING! Overall, great experience.

Great orientation and move-in experience.

We love our new home. We love the floorplan and the covered deck. The construction supervisor was extremely knowledgeable and made sure the issues found by our home inspector were taken care of before closing. After the closing we found a crack in the tub surround and they promptly had it repaired by a very experienced vendor. The one negative - they should paint the baseboards with semi-gloss instead of flat paint.

I m so excited and happy they have made my experience very enjoyable and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I love just because I purchased they make sure it wasn’t about just a purchase.

They were great though the process went realy fast had to close in 3 weeks

We recently purchased a new Lennar home at BeachWalk in Calabash, NC. The buying experience was very simple since we were cash buyers. Basically we selected our home, put down a deposit and waited for it to be finished so we could get our inspections. It was a very easy process and there was good communication with Lennar and our project manager. We closed and moved in on time and are very happy with our purchase. After 2 months in our home, we are still content and are seeing the homes under construction selling out fast in our neighborhood. I purchased a Lennar home that was already completed do to timing issues with the sale of my home. Doing this on my own for the first time, I sought out Lennar because of a good experience in VA with a Lennar home we bought in 2017. I’m enjoying my new home and everyone at Lennar and their suppliers has been kind, courteous and responsive to any issues or questions I have had in these first two months.

Everything from start to finish was on point, easier than buying someone else’s issue, highly recommend new construction
