The experience was not great . Lennar and the developer do not work together well and simply blame each other and do not correct problem. There is a drainage issue on the property that collects eater across several villas which is not corrected.

Lennar Sales Rep and Lennar Mortgage agent made this experience extremely horrid. From the start, sales rep wasn't knowledgeable about what she was selling and gave us false information. Gave us the bait and switch, telling us their mortgage company was going to give us a credit that we could use towards closing, buying down credit, or upgrades. When we opted to use it for upgrades, she backtracks and says it can't be used for that purpose. Very disappointed with our experience buying a new home from Lennar. The construction quality and attention to detail were far below expectations for a new build. We found multiple issues that should have been caught before walkthroughs, including roof problems (exposed nails, poorly cut shingles around vents, and unsealed gaps). Going back on this experience we should have walked away in the beginning. From our final walkthrough to 2 months later I have had someone from Lennar or their warranty people here almost every weekday putting bandaids on their poor quality homes. From issues that we brought up to the construction manager Ryan that we were promised to be fixed that were never fixed to cracked cabinets, crooked walls, bad lvp, plumbing leaks, bad landscaping that was supposed to be fixed and then only have fixed the list goes on and on. Horrible communications!

When you are looking at a home, they’ll tell you that $500 is needed as a down payment. But what they don’t tell you is hidden in their contract they have 90 days to refund the money. So to our surprise, after many unanswered, phone calls, and unanswered emails. We were given phone numbers that were disconnected and then finally they were sending the check to the wrong address. It was an address that we haven’t lived in in over two years, but I never gave them that so if you value your money, I would recommend going somewhere else to save the headache, frustration, and overall stres.

The Arctic’s home buying experience was the wrist experience I’ve ever had and this is my 4th house. Not to mention the walk thru and inspections restrictions. Lennar Violates Home Warranty

We have not been able to use our microwave since we moved in. Since Lennar claims to have a warranty on the home, I wasn't too worried. Lennar would get it fixed. WRONG. We have been getting the run-around from Lennar since November. The breaker trips every time you use the microwave. This is a known issue with this brand of breaker panels but Lennar Builders decided to go cheap and use that panel anyways. The fix is very simple. Install a better breaker panel with new breakers. First of all the experience was horrible. We tried three different places never moved in needs a place at the very last minute there was something wrong, which was never explained why they kept my money and now I am going to sue because $2500. they did not return. My home was damaged before I even moved inn. It was evident that a truck with trailer backed across my driveway and lawn and into the side of my new home. It was likely a subcontractor because work was proceeding on other homes. The police investigated to no avail. I had to make an insurance claim due to the amount of the damage. None of your workers or subcontractors came forward to report the incident. I question your judgement in hiring such dishonest workers or subcontractors. They ruined my experience, and I will not forget it

Installed much lower quality appliances than what was wrote out in a SIGNED CONTRACT and shown to us in the model (which was stated several times that was the same we would be getting). They now will not return any form of communication and have stated "that's what you get, we're not doing anything about it." Awful customer service. They do NOT care about you no matter what documents are legally signed. Will never be purchasing another home from this buyer, and if you haven't already I would find someone else!

The best person we worked with was our lender Julia she went above and beyond for us. Beyond that every person I talked to did not seem to have a clue what was going on. When I asked sales questions the most common response was I don’t know. When we moved in we got a parking ticket before we even had access to work with the HOA. Overall they made it clear that they have a product and their budget that they needs to be met. The trades get alloted not enough time to do a good job which is notable There was a lot of delay when putting in offers which led to losing that initial house. They reduced a lot of the features of the home from one street to another in the same development.

First off the experience was terrible. The only good thing is that the house is put together mostly right. Only here a month and a breaker went out already. I the buying process we had to drop 23,000 on closing costs because lennar did not cover anything. No offer or nothing to cover any of the cost on top of paying 261000 in a loan all because we did not use their loan officer or lender. We did not use their inspector either. The yard was done terrible and they only put in grass 15 feet from the back door. Our yard is at least 60 feet by 60 feet. The house was dirty when we arrived with dirt ...

My experience hasn’t been great at all and that’s putting it mildly!! I was always taught growing up, if I do not have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all!! On another note, I have dealt with nothing but, incompetent, unprofessional, inconsistent, unreliable, rude, cruel, dishonest, and very disrespectful individuals and I am very sorry that I ever purchased a Lennar home!!!
