After the contract is signed and the first deposit is made Lennar's customer relations is poor. Every question was basically answered with the same response, "You signed the contract and there are absolutely no changes allowed by Lennar." For over 1 month I visited the construction site weekly and little of nothing was done. Materials sat in the home and yard but little work was accomplished. During the inspection before the house was delivered, we found that the concrete floor of the garage was cracked into spider webs. This is not what a new house should look like. We understand that the concrete cannot be dug out and re-poured after it is poured. We just asked for repairs until the floor looks crack-free. But your staff was perfunctory. They simply applied a layer to cover the floor. But the cracks in the concrete are still clearly visible. My backyard is a swamp

I have a “swale” in my backyard that remains constantly wet, regardless of dry weather. Despite multiple dry days, the area never dries out. When I walked outside, I found not only standing water but also frogs and mosquitoes breeding in what has essentially become a stagnant puddle. I was assured by the builder and the seller that it was nothing to worry about but the issue has become worse and no one seems to want to help resolve the issue.

Low quality, didn't fix any findings from the inspection, lots of issues

Low quality homes. Lennar accepted third party inspection so we did. The inspection report is up to 50 pages but Lennar didn't fix any of them. We moved in with a house of hundreds of issues. We have been filing claims with the first year warranty every week since we the closing date. Lennar rejected some warranty requests out of no reason, and their customer care representative never answers the phone call. Don't choose Lennar in WA.

I would not recommend buying a home from Lennar. The materials used in their construction are extremely cheap, resulting in numerous issues that they refuse to fix. Poorly finished walls due to defective materials. If you're looking for a high-quality, well-built home, I strongly suggest exploring other builders.

I was unable to close on the home I originally had built due to the home not being completed on time and several building issues including but not limited to water damage in every room and a large crack in the foundation that extended across the garage floor. This is the WORST house purchase I have experienced. This is a DIY loan and home purchase. There is NO personal contact - everything is done with text, email & e-docs. I was scheduled to close on Dec 9 but because the title wasn’t transferred I closed on Dec 23rd and I was not compensated for all my expenses I paid.

This was probably their easiest sale they had and even though i was very flexible with their demands it was not the same way from them. They moved my closing date without telling me juat days prior when they knew I had my airlines tickes purchased. They promised house will come with fans and it did not. Hello Team, Lennar is reputed builder but with zero quality on concrete. They basically don’t know how to use right concrete mix. Lack of engineering direction. All the appliances in our home are leaking. Ex : Refrigerator leak, Dishwasher leak. When we ask about concrete issues, customer service came and said sorry it’s a bad work may be done during the night time. We can’t do anything it is what it is.
