I canot begain to state how regrettful i am in buying this Lennar home. The workmanship is the worst ive ever seen in my 69 years. Nothing is plumb nor levell. The exterior concrete looks DRUNK. Not one construction joint is streight or level. The exterior siding has dips and vallys between the wall studs. After extremely heavy rains locally the exterior siding has decided to show is poor instilation. I cannot begain to comment on how sorry i am today for buying this Lennar home. My neighbors have had roof leaks like you would not believe. This house is just pure junk. Sales and service seems to be alot of lip service. I will not reccomend anyone buy from Lennar. ... Más

Experience was terrible and will never buy Lennar again

Worst experience with the builder starts from sales team till handover team. They behave like monark. Very rude. Not ready to accept any of our requests. Agreement is mostly from their side (one side ). they can change what ever they want.

As a former licensed realtor and third time homeowner, this is by far the most awful home buying experience I’ve ever not only personally experienced but seen in the industry. Lennar is not well established in Idaho and is unable to find decent contractors to build their homes. While these homes have nice layouts and they buy decent materials to put in the homes, they are built horribly. Our home’s floor was never leveled and there are large gaps between the floors and baseboards and our floors bubble in places and our back sliding door is difficult to close because it’s uneven. The siding on the outside wasn’t installed correctly and has been buckling and cracking since we moved in a month ago. The HVAC system also wasn’t done correctly and the return air vent sounds like a jet engine when the AC kicks on- we can’t even have a conversation in the living room when it’s on. Our neighbors are all experiencing similar issues and nobody at Lennar is taking action to fix these structural problems that are causing safety hazards in our homes. Their warranty team seems highly unorganized and is having trouble keeping track of service tickets- everyone claims they are new and not sure what to do. We bought a Lennar home because we wanted a more unique home layout and nicer quality than CBH and love the location, but if we had known this is what we were getting into we would have stayed far away. Did not enjoy our experience.

We would never purchase a Lennar home after our experience. The process was rushed. At our walk throughs most items were not addressed. The overall craftsmanship of these homes is very poor and disappointing. We keep unveiling issues, and the contractors used for the warranty have all been low quality. Basically they are trying to put bandaids over everything rather than fixing the issue. Everything about this house is just sloppy.

From signing the contract to requesting service for items covered under builder warranty has been a horrible experience. The builder is using real state agents to other bidding, who have no idea about the building process or the established standards. Everything in the construction process is contracted out to third parties that hire workers at minimum wage without any construction experience. The quality of work and finishing is awful. Their only purpose is to quickly proceed from contract to closing. Do not waste your time, money, or energy.

The only people with Lennar I am thankful for is Bryan & Ken for being dedicated to customer satisfaction & Lou H. for how helpful she was with our loan underwriting. Other than that, this is The WORST experience I’ve had in home buying. The day we met with our consultant we told her our price range & number of rooms/bathrooms we wanted. She showed us houses at least 10-20k over our price range and not even what we had asked for in a home. The day we viewed our house & were submitting the app, our consultant texted us saying the price increased from $167.9 to $170 because someone placed an app on a house down the street at the same time we were. I still have the texts from her saying the website didn’t reflect the price change yet & her manager was unable to keep it at the price we viewed it at. Still to this day, the price shows at the $167.9 & no one even bought that house until at least a month after we lived here. The amount of documents I’ve had to submit is beyond ridiculous. Majority of the home buying process was submitting & then resubmitting documents because they didn’t communicate with each other & weren’t aware they were submitted already. Not even a week after we closed, our mortgage was sold to another company. We were told by 3 different people that Fision internet was included in our monthly HOA fee of $75. Not only is fision billed separate every month, the HOA fee is also paid quarterly. Not monthly. When we moved in we were told we had to call fission in order for our security to connect to the internet. We were never given an account number or any information on creating an account to make payments. We now received a bill from HOA for over $300, we’ve lived here for barely 2 months. Our neighbor received the same thing & we’re told if it’s not paid they can’t live in the HOA community. How can we make payments when we weren’t given any information to pay it! On the HOA form given to us by our consultant & in the closing documents, it has trash options as Tiger & Republic. We tried getting service from republic for over a month and were tired of waiting so we got Tiger. Come to find out, our community isnt allowed to use Tiger, it HAS to be republic. Along with this, the HOA form we were given said our electric & gas were through CPS. We tried registering both for a week with them & no one could tell us why our gas wasn’t showing in their system, only the electric. Our gas ended up getting shut off for almost 3 days. Turns out, it’s not even through CPS, it’s centric. Speaking of HOA, we’re still required to pay the fee for the community amenities. THE AMENITIES ARENT EVEN BUILT YET! We’re paying for something we can’t use, we can’t use other communities in the meantime & the HOA ladies said they won’t be built here for at LEAST a year and a half. Within the first week of living in the home, the baseboard on our kitchen cabinets fell off & literally looks like it was super glued on. We still had blue tape markings on our walls that weren’t taken care of. When we received our grass, we were told the ground was too wet/not in condition to lay it down. The grass pallets sat in the front yard for 3-4 days. By that time it was all fried & dry on nearly all of it. When they laid it, it was so uneven, overlapping in areas & huge gaps of just dirt in areas as well. But then we get fined by the HOA if our yard isn’t well kept. How are we supposed to keep up with it when our watering day is once a week & it was given to us dead? The construction workers go on our property at all times during the day & have come up to our door and grabbed lawn decorations off of our porch. They leave beer cans and trash all over the community and in our yards. Some of them make inappropriate comments and whistle at us when we get home from work or walk down the street. Ive brought almost all of these concerns to the attention of HOA, our consultant as well as trying to reach the builder team. Apparently, majority of my community has gone through the same thing as us. This is all well known throughout the Lennar communities and no one takes accountability. Couldn't get in contact with people for days about issues. Received multiple closing disclosures all wrong. Celina and Morgan were the only helpful people. They planted dead grass, asked them to fix it, they said it would come back alive and if not in a month they would replace it. It never grew back because it was dead when they put it down, when i contacted them to replace it they said they would get back to me and never did and now wont answer my calls or text. The entrance sidewalk by my door has footprints in it, asked them to fix it, they fixed the drive way but left the entry sidewalk with foot prints in the concrete. Communication was awful, and the Liaison was pointless, never knew any of the questions i asked then had to play telephone between three people and took Days/week to get a single answer for an issue. Got a power of attorney done for closing a month before i closed. I was told it was approved and a week before closing they decided that it was no longer approved and i had to run around in a different state while in training for the government after hours, spending extra money to express ship a new power of attorney ($80 for notary and $120 for shipping). What is suppose to be a great home buying experience has definately been extremely horrible, since the beginning from the loan to moving in. Problem after problem with a BRAND NEW home. Only person who has been a pleasure to work with has been Alex. He has been on top of EVERYTHING that has been wrong with my home. Just wow!! I don't know about recommending Lennar!!

We moved here hoping we will have a great experience but having bad experience as of now. We are facing major issues in Owner's suite room. Though it was repaired couple of times again we are facing same issue again and again which is very bad and worst experience. They installed cracked bath tub and they repaiered it. First place they shouldn't have installed damaged item. Very bad construction and management have to take care of these things during construction phase itself instead of troubling us.

I purchased a house from Lennar in the Harvest Ridge Community, Aurora, CO 80018, and my experience has been nothing short of terrible. Dealing with the sales associates and other representatives from Lennar has been a nightmare. My journey with them began in October 2023, and I booked my house in December 2023 with a closing date set for the end of February. Unfortunately, I encountered some delays in obtaining a few necessary documents from my office. Instead of understanding my situation and the six months I had already invested working with them, Lennar's staff chose to harass me relentlessly. They showed no empathy or human decency during this difficult time. Rather than offering any support or understanding, they saw my predicament as an opportunity to exploit me and my spouse. They imposed a hefty fine of 1% plus an additional $700, showing a complete lack of respect and basic humanity. I cannot believe I was dealing with such cold-hearted and unscrupulous individuals. Lennar's behavior was pathetic and inhumane. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a home in the Denver area to steer clear of this company. Save yourself the trouble and work with more reputable builders. I had plans to buy another home, and I am now working with different builders who have shown me what professional and humane service truly looks like. My 2nd Lennar home. What a huge (bad) difference in build quality and materials compared to first home. No gutters. No sprinkler system. Side boards are very soft, dry wall very soft. Paint is very bright white. Counter top is nice but very cheap because it stains quickly. Bathroom faucets are the cheapest on the market, same goes for the sink. Had electrical issue first week, service request put me on a viral call (the construction manager assisted with the issue, it was a wiring issue). Had a mouse get in the garage the first week because they left a open space under the water heater. Several insects are in the bathroom every morning (clearly something is not fully closed off...). Chalk used in bathroom is the cheapest, it's already turning color. Floor gets stained easily and stains don't come out...I could go and on about the cheap built of the house... ... Más

I highly recommend RUNNING away from any Lennar neighborhood. This is a joke of a home buying process and they should be out of business.

Honestly, I would never recommend nor purchase another Lennar home. The only positive experience was my initial walk thru 2 weeks prior to closing on my home with Lennar associate Beth. From the very start with Lennar, my sales personnel, Jimmy Zaid kicked off the negative experienc but his constant lack of communication, And most importantly empty promise of purchase price. He stated that every model of my home sells for $300,000 and that there were 3 left after looking at a model of one selling that day. Long story short after I finally got in contact with him, he stated the best price he could do was $338,000 and not $300,000 due to my specific home not being a short sale. This communication was done via text since he would not answer my calls. He stated he was off the days I left messages. Additionally, another time when I could not reach him, I ended up calling the local sales office and the associate who answered specified that if I signed the same day, I would receive a free copy washer & dryer. Once again Jimmy never mentioned any other this. I've spoken with several neighbors who went thru Lennar mortgage etc and very similar, terrible experience. Additionally, the Lennar lending associates (there were 2) consistently asked for the same redundant paperwork. I submitted w writhing 3 times (Lennar portal and each Lennar Mortgage associate) This was my third home purchase might I mention, so I am very familiar with home buying experiences. My neighbors and I are clearly guinea pigs to the Samara neighborhood and all share a similar negative experience. I could provide another page of my entire experience but I'm sure no one will read this. Surprisingly, I did receive a call a couple weeks ago when I received another Lennar surgery where I rated everything 0 and I spelled everything out to that associate who want d me to elaborate feedback responses. ... I have a list of things that never got completed yet. Said will be right back that was four months ago. I could go on and on and on. Will never ever buy another Lennar home and will stop anyone who I hear say that they're looking at Lennar.

We’ve had several issues starting at the signing of the contract to present day. It’s not an experience to at I would want to relive. At this point would be hard to recommend to others. Sorry!

Horrible experience off the bat. Realtor lied about the property line. house wasn’t finished when it was supposed To be on our “final walkthrough”. I felt very rushed and pressured to sign paperwork. I will never buy a lennar home again.

Lennar just wants to sell you the home and after closing if you discover something was missing or damaged like a scratched mirror or stained countertop and you didn't discover it during the walkthrough, they'll tell you it's not covered under warranty even though they tell you a million times before closing that don't worry you have a one year warranty! Apparently the warranty is worthless.

Bad builder bad comunication Bad material Bad representatives Bad.

Pay attention to the brickwork and shower tile work...... they will use defective material and patch them up in a very amateur way.... When you reach out about the issue they will say that is the pattern of the brick. When you don't fall for that they will ignore you and never respond again.

Not customer service at all in any department. The materials and accessories that they used are the cheapest . I saw the blinds that they put in a $750.000 house at Walmart for $15.00 . Chrome fixtures the cheapest. We knew what we were buying but we didn’t realize how bad it was.

DO NOT buy from LENNAR! They are the MOST unreliable, RACIST and worst people to work with. We are first time home buyers and they made the process extremely difficult for us to purchase a home. We also felt that some of the people involved in our home buying process were very prejudiced and racist and they contributed to the difficulties that we experienced throughout the process. They did EVERYTHING they could to try to ensure that we didn’t get a home. Their loan officers are THE WORST! Please save yourself the heartache. Their homes are cheap and you end up having to take care of things that should’ve been taken care of during the walk-through and after. ... Más
