I would say to prospective homebuyers, Run! Do not stop in the office go as fast as you can to a better, reliable, more professional builder that will use quality products and stand behind their workmanship! I owned my house for a month and is already showing signs of decay that are not covered by the so-called warranty.

Questions with new home consultant were never actually answered, they were ‘danced’ around. Had 9 pages of fixes to be done after initial walk through. Upon the ‘final walkthrough’ there were workers still in the house fixing things. I left explaining the final walkthrough should mean everything is done and ready for review. Still not all things have been corrected almost 2 months after move in. Very disappointing as a first time home buyer. Don’t recommend.

This was a terrible experience and the home was not built well. Still dealing with issues. I would not recommend this builder at all. The quality of work, lack of follow-up for the builders and lack of professionalism/courtesy of Lennar Title.

We were very excited to build a home with Lennar, and were made to feel like they had an extensive, impeccable multi-point inspection process that would present new home buyers with a gorgeous home upon closing. My experience with Lennar has been nothing but a nightmare and still is. I have contacted sales managers (Mike) who told me he would get back to me and still hasn’t acted emails and calling him to schedule some things to get fixed. I had a leak in my master bathroom faucet, come to find out the plumber who installed the plumbing put the rubber rings on backwards which eventually would have caused them all to leak. Like any new build there are sometimes are a few issues here and there that need to be corrected and the builder will stand behind those issues in this case there is a lot of things in place with the company to get you to tell them what’s wrong so that they can come back and take care of it the only problem is their systems keep crossing and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing it’s been a very bad process so far and the quality of work on chip has been much less than in the past with this builder

The home is not worth what I paid for it, only the location is. It's a shame the quality of work, cheap appliances and material were used to build this type of home. I have a list of repairs from the first 2 months I have owned the home. Baseboards poping off in several locations, scratched glass doors, and toilet seats, warped doors, etc... I have reached out to the area manager to address a few issues and have not had a resolution within the last 4 weeks.

Think twice before buying a home from Lennar. The quality has gone down a lot. Had lot of issues just in the first month itself. 1) Crawlspace moisture issues (Puddles of water in crawlspace) 2) Crawlspace didn't have vapor barrier at all the places. 3) Leak in the garage. 4) Weather strip for the doors not installed correctly. 5) Faulty transformer for ring door bell. 6) Dry wall issues 7) and so on. I believe a homeowner shouldn't experience these many issues just in the first month if the build quality is good and is properly inspected.

I will not recommend Lennar. They used contractors who are not professionals in the industry. The guys who worked on my home looks like trainee -no experience at all. Workmanship is very very very poor. The inventory used is of cheap quality. Lawn is half done, Worst and cheap quality engineered hard wood. The floor is chipping out even before I closed. They did some patch work but the entire floor(atleast most of floor) needs to be redone. the exhaust fan in the kitchen makes sound loke a lawn mower. The quality of the build is not what we expected. A private inspector found 37 issues, some major. I will provide his report if requested. Mike B. and Tyler B. have been great in trying to help us take care of the issues, but the nobody returns phone calls letting us know when repairs will be made.

Lennar is no longer the company that use to be. The quality of their new homes is truly sad to see. My issue can be summarized in one sentence: Brand new home with a huge leak on the roof! Was Not a Warm Welcome, treat like I was not a person or my wife as if you don’t care. Everyone room was decorated but we was put in a plain room with the notary and had to yell to Lennar person across from the room if we need questions answered so unprofessional all the way even when key was put on table not out hand so wrong in so many way not even a picture like the other people was doing and ringing a bell . Plus the Townhouse was not clean did not do what we ask on list so rude.

Today is August 29, 2022 and I have only two days left before my 60 day home warranty expires. The mandatory inclusion of solar panels was not clearly communicated what the process for set up is and has not been resolved months after closing.
