Smooth home buying process. Lennar kept up with dates and was on time with all of our paperwork and closing dates and time.

Both homes purchased from Lennar have been great. We were in our last home for four years and had no issues with it. In love with our current home and excited to make new memories here with our little family. We've only been here for two months and have come across minor issues, all of which were promptly addressed and fixed. Based on my experiences with Lennar, I'd purchase from them again.

Everyone was very easy to work with. communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, it was answered promptly whether it was in sales, mortgage, or construction. The house closed in less than a month. The walk throughs were informative and thorough. The few small issues were seen to immediately. As buying a house went, this was almost effortless.

From start to finish, the entire process has been exceptional. The entire Lennar team is first-rate!

LENNAR was spectacular throughout the entire home buying process. There were a few hiccups out of their control, like the constant changing of closing dates however, they accommodated my family and got us into our new construction home as soon as possible. All of the employees were fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I would highly recommend LENNAR to anyone! I love my new home! I suggest anyone seeking a ready-build home to consider LENNAR in their area because their floor plans are awesome.
