I am very disappointed with all processes that I have been engaged in. I secured a mortgage with Lennar only to have this company break every law and promise to my wife and I. I have spent hours looking up previous reviews and on-going issues and they are not good! I am going to make a highly recommendation that this company should be investigated.

Incomplete work.

Home building process not done in correct order causing more work appearance problems. Paint on driveway and patio pavers, paint drips on floors and walls, texture sprayed on our kitchen cabinets, no power to one of our bedrooms.

worst builder ever! Totally regret building here!

I have lived in this townhome for almost 7 months. My garage floor has spider cracks from wall to wall. As many many of the new homes here do. My counter slab was cracked in half, needed to be replaced. I am sitting in my office now, with a space heater blowing on high to keep this tiny room from frost. There is no insulation. My carpet is freezing cold because the cement under it is so cold. The caulk is all cracked every where you look. My kitchen cabinets are so uneven the bottoms of the doors will not close completely. Craftsmanship is below par and have a lot flaws. Mentioned it to dirt walk through and took a long time to fix it. Took off many times and was stood up by concrete 4 times without a notice and I have to follow up a lot of times. Until now it’s not fixed. Been lied during building process and overlooked it . Been lied again and might follow up with Lennar corporate to get it resolve. Upset with the company and couple employees. Jerry and Brandon are the one been helpful

House was not finished when we closed My contact person didn't even bother to contact me. He was on vacation. They did come back after we moved it but there are still many thing that could have been a lot better like all of the digs and dents in the moding and trim and window sills. I also am trying to figure out the whole smarh home thing and get the house balance for tempeuater. It is taking over a week for customer care to call back and they call the wrong number. I don't even know how to get help now.

From what I keep hearing, Lennar home is supposed to be the highest quality home builder. But that’s the biggest lie ever! From the sales team that got my insurance company info wrong. The house having issues during walk through that was noted but was not fixed! I was told that it would be fixed but never was. The house was dirty and paint splashes everywhere when they handed the keys. Was addressed but never fixed! Missing corner base board and random wall hole patches. If I could have all the money back I would get a refund! KB Homes is better and would never recommend Lennar and will tell ...

The overall experience was terrible I had to wait 19 months since I started my first payment and when we closed there was lost of items incomplete, not a good way to do business, we work hard to earn our dollars and we were treated poorly, craftsmanship bad, not a quality control system, lots of imperfections across the all house.

Lennar is a shady company that builds cheap houses and doesn't stand behind it's work. I have had so many issues with this home. Which have still not all been addressed. Lennar Lending is a joke and almost caused me to be homeless after they were going against Home Lending laws. Horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

My experience with Lennar has been more like a nightmare. But ask anyone in our new development, and they will say the same thing. First, they have no regard for your closing date. They pushed us out 4 months resulting in a lease back then short-term costing us an additional $10,000 with storage fees. The quality of the work is as bad as it gets. Every trade is subbed out and no one cares as long as they meet their quota: Doors don't shut, windows don't close, siding is falling, trim molding does not line up, caulk everywhere, crappy paint, cheapest carpets, flooring and appliances they can ...

Company agent was not responsive and not helpful at all, Sometimes he was rude. Home came in poor quality material, Ac was not working in some homes, they did not refuse to fix it but they did not send someone so far. Some items were missing , we request it , they took 3 weeks to deliver it. Giving you excuse when you call them. They overpriced their by 6k in order to sell it, which is not legal. but they still charge it otherwise you can refuse to get it.

The walk through was rescheduled several times with the promised that once the final walk through took place everything would be perfect. That was the biggest lie, when we finally did the walk through the house was very dirty. The floors were scratched window broken. The sales team to start is beyond wonderful until you sign that contract, then you become a number. You better shut up and not make them work either, otherwise they will demean and demoralize you in hope that they can tear up the contract and sell it at a higher price. The workmanship is a joke. After living in the home for a week, you start to notice the cheap materials use and terrible workmanship. All of our knobs had tiny paint splatter, the carpet wasn't vacuumed - not even once (we have a toddler running around), dried paint can be found throughout the home, nails still protruding out through the carpet to name a few issues. Overall terrible experience, we felt rushed through our new home orientation and caught what we can.
