The worst builder I've ever heard of. They destroyed the curb leading into my driveway during pre-construction; then tried to hide/repair it. Epoxied over exposed rusting rebar. Left exposed rusting protruding rebar for publics benefit after waived inspection. Failed to properly bring up to code. Left exposed live wiring after waived final inspection. They try and hide their mistakes. Failed on multiple promises in their brochure: Only partial brushed nickel hardware on doors, only partial rounded corners, no radiant barrier roof decking! Lennar is one of the worst companies I have even dealt with. There were and still are so many issues with our home and when a claim is submitted nothing happens. When we eventually get contacted for a claim we are told that it’s a cosmetic issue or it’ll be MONTHS before they can do anything. I go out of my way to tell my friends and family to think twice before buying with Lennar because they do not care about they customers. DO NOT BUY FROM LENNAR - unless you want to waste your money and time.

Not responsive to multiple issues after move in. Still waiting over 6 months

Customer service is horrible. You recieve the run around of promises to get things fix and end up with no response to multiple phone calls to resolve issues that Lennar omit to being at fault and need fixing on thier end. The cost and value of the home is the worth the price. No sound proofing material placed in between walls. This is third home so I know what a quality built home and professional customer should be in the home buying process. I will never purchase another Lennar Home.

The lack of quality contractors and how poorly finished the home was.

Please DO NOT buy a Lennar home. They come with nothing but headaches and the customer service team acts like they are doing you a favor by fixing things under warranty that should not have been an issue within the first two months of ownership. ie plumbing failures, water leaks, water damage, flooring needing to be replaced, blocked conduit resulting in a delay of internet serviceability, heater not working, and landscaping irrigation problems to name a few. Lennar uses the cheapest contractors to build these homes as fast as they can and the quality really suffers because of that. I bought ...

Disappointed, my home looks like made from paper, and everything is feak, whasher ,dryer is pice garbage. after 3 months i have to start update and fix everything.i have to spend too much to my new home to be real home.

Worst builder in America

The way they delivered my house is terrible they left the siding with nails popping out, the support in the attic is terrible if you walk on the wood support it acts like a spring, the restrooms had black permanent marker on the countertops, the kitchen countertop which is granite had stains from paint buckets that had corrosion, on the garage I have a gap on the left side support. They had damage in the driveway. Repairing this house, you would need a new siding with new wood support done correctly as for the warranty advisor she will always tell you it’s cosmetic and never fix the issues ...

How awful the support and timeliness of fixing issues that shouldn’t even exist because of the poor workmanship of the builder

Do your research. I have been in my home for almost 4 months and still have things getting fixed. From a chunk missing from stairs to broken tile throughout the house. Poor workmanship seems to be a trademark of Lennar and the customer service is even worse.

Lennar in Nevada is not that great.

DO NOT BUY homes built by Lennar especially In Nevada. The materials are low quality. They rushed our home as a final product. We are having too many issues with the home after we moved in. Their staff, workers, everyone is unprofessional. I regret buying a brand new home from them. Reconsider other builders in the area. This is our third experience buying a brand new house and they are below standard compared to the other 2 experiences we had.

Lennar - Low quality materials used and left the finishing work undone

Low quality materials used and left the finishing work undone and promised to be taken care of at time of closing but later they don't care. Keep putting work orders and they ask for phone appointments and virtual appointments but work not done and they close the tickets without completing it. Even the area manager don't respond to email sent. Really disappointed.

The whole lennar process is designed to optimize their company’s benefit at the expense of the customer. They have rules / restrictions / policies which make the entire experience awful for owners (this includes home buying, inspections, closing, lennar mortgage, and warranty). I will not buy another lennar home.

please read reviews prior to purchasing from this builder. They are not off. I wish I had. my comments are all based off things I experienced and NOT what I saw on a review. I didn't see a review until the closing and then realized I was experiencing just what was being described from multiple reviews online

The house cost me nearly $1.1 million and has been nothing but problems. First, the closing was a nightmare due to multiple errors made by the builder whose closing department couldn't seem to find the correct corporate resolution showing that the subsidiary conveying title actually owned the property. Then about an hour or two after the closing ended and I had received the key, I received a phone call from the builder that said it can't confirm that it received the funds so I can't enter the house until after the weekend.
