Process was smooth and everything was done perfectly by the time we needed. Wonderful experience, with great people and it is a beautiful home. We couldn't be happier. Our whole experience has been great. Step by step throughout we knew what to expect and had consistent communication. The follow up on any concerns has been almost immediately. The materials and craftsmanship are fine, but this isn’t a high end home. We definitely have the value we paid for and we love our house.

I am the "go big or go home" type of person and decided to have my first home-buying experience be: building one. Lennar and their team made the process that others have told me I would dread smooth and seamless. Unlike other builders in our area, I was able to choose the colors, tiles, siding, brick, and cabinetry I wanted that were in line with the trim level I chose. The process was so fun to see the land develop from farmland to street, to the foundation, to the framework, to my home! Of course, there were some delays that some people would be upset about, but being new construction, I understand utilities and some other issues will arise. Experience has been outstanding in every way!

Knowledge and professionalism of Lennar staff from sales, loan officer who put extra hours to meet deadline for closing (this loan was not an easy task due to 5 hours time difference and special documents required for loan approval), walk through staffs and builder pre/final inspection went smoothly. Our family appreciate all the coordinations to make it happen, putting us into a newly build home we enjoy and love.

Worked with Klarissa and she answered all questions and made home buying process easy. I would ask for her, if you are buying a home at Willow Springs, Murrieta. It makes a huge difference to work with someone who is trustworthy, diligent, and truly seems to enjoy helping people. She is quick to respond to any inquiries and takes initiative to make sure the closing process is easy. She follows up, if something is missing. I also spoke with her supervisor Matt and he also does his very best to help resolve any issues. No problems with the home so far and I am certain that if we ever have an issue, it will be resolved. Lennar in IN is a world of difference from Soflo. They maintained a list and addressed all of our concerns prior to the final walkthrough which was a 180 from our Florida experience. Everyonewas exremely helpful, and nice, and knowledgeable. We did not have to mention the same things multiple times, and we didn't have to negotiate to get things done. Very good product in IN.

Lennar is amazing. We purchased our 2nd home recently and though there have been some repairs/replacements needed, Lennar has responded fast and efficiently. Love our home!!!

This was, hands down the best home buying experience I've ever had. First off, I had very few issues. The quality and care is a cut above the home building industries. The builder is either on top of problems before they get to you, or they have somehow attracted the best workers. Lennar is super organized with answers to questions you didn't know you'd have available at your fingertips. They have reasonable prices without choosing cheap materials. I would absolutely buy Lennar again in the future.
