I was lied to about cable being included. Nobody informed me of registering the house. I feel like anytime I had a concern I was treated as if I were a nuisance.

Would not recommend Lennar. While the signs in Tucker, Ga of say No to Lennar are for other reasons, they do explain my sentiment as well.

Lennar’s sales and mortgage departments are amazing but that’s where the experience ends. Once you are in your home you are dead to them. If you need to get anything fixed GOOD LUCK !! It’s jumping hoop to hoop. You become a lot number to them #552. They make it so difficult perhaps so you will get frustrated and fix the issue yourself. My FRONT DOOR knob has been broken for 2.5 months. They even sent me an email asking me to write this review, that’s how obvious they are.

I have been around home building my entire life and have never seen a house get built with such lack of care. There were so many things that stood out to show that one the contractor is either way to rushed. Or two they just don’t care. Walls with very little or no paint. Tile that didn’t get grouted in places. Brick work that looked like a little kid did it. List goes on and on. This is just the builder side of things. I have plenty of complaints for the entire company.

Very bad experience. Worst experience in the purchase of a brand new home ever. If we had known ahead of time we would have passed. Last minute changes that cost us a fortune.

Where do I begin...This, by far, was one of the worst experiences I have ever been through, from the beginning to the present. I am disgusted with Lennar and how nobody is accountable for their mistakes. My home was not move in ready. 6 months later, I am still dealing w/ getting things fixed because the craftsmanship of the build was poor. Dealing with the customer service team has been the only bright spot in this experience. Bless all of the customer care personnel for they have to deal with the mistakes of the poor building. Actual builder, Brad, is great! Super responsive and gets things done correctly himself. Salesman, Tommy, is a completely different story. He rarely if ever responded to questions or issues addressed.

My experience was a poor one from the time I put my contract in until now, three months after closing. There of been so many miscommunications and poor customer service issues they won’t all even fit in this review box. Suffice to say, I would never, under any conditions, build another house with Lennar.

Terrible workmanship and delivery

The house wasn't ready to move in to. Paint on carpets, custom cabinets bowed, drawer fell off, dust and dirt in paint of base boards and trim, closet doors rubbed each other scrapping paint... our "celebration day" was such a disappointment we went looking for another home, so mad and disappointed.

They can do better!

I absolutely love Lennar. They make beautiful homes. However, Cascata is rushed and the construction shows. The guarded gate we supposedly pay association for is a joke- they allow anyone in at anytime without a call and the poor Lennar employees are overworked and understaffed. It’s taking them a while to get to me. I don’t mine since my issues don’t seem to be as pressing however, after spending way more that half a million on a house, I would hope for better service and craftsmanship.

He presentado múltiples quejas y revisiones sobre mi experiencia de cierre ... No he recibido respuesta de nadie que haya lidiado con mi proceso de préstamo, además de mi oficial de préstamos pidiéndome que califique su 10. Recomiendo a mi madre, ella miró su proceso antes de cerrar . Si hubiera sabido que el cierre de mi préstamo se hubiera manejado de la misma manera, la habría enviado a otro constructor. No recomendaré a nadie más.

El techo goteaba después de la tormenta. Se necesitan muchas reparaciones pequeñas, por ejemplo, pintura, dibujos pegados, cerraduras de las puertas que no funcionan, problemas con la cerca de la piscina, estantes en los armarios. El servicio de atención al cliente de Lennar ha sido muy bueno hasta ahora, pero no sé cuándo se reparará el techo con goteras. Toalleros y herrajes baratos. Esta era una casa muy cara y estamos muy decepcionados con Lennar.

Los materiales que utiliza son vergonzosamente malos. ¿Cómo puedes poner esas duchas súper baratas y no ofrecer una actualización? Toda la casa necesita ser renovada. Los inodoros incluso se atascan con solo papel higiénico porque tienes el más barato que puedes encontrar. El precio siempre cambiaba al usar uno para las primeras casas y luego simplemente lo subía mucho más. Eso no me impresionó en absoluto.
