The staff was generally unhelpful, often disrespectful, and consistently untimely. The overall workmanship and quality of materials used in the home are subpar. When I moved in, the house appeared hastily assembled—there was glue left on the floors (which is still there, as the property manager was unable to remove it), and multiple cabinets were misaligned and required adjustment. Several doors and paint areas were left incomplete or showed noticeable yellowing. The paint has been cracked since day one and continues to worsen, despite multiple requests for repair. Its cheap quality no power outlet for kitchen iland no lock for bed rooms and master bath room no internet outlet , you need to make a hole to any wall to get internet connection no response from lennar support team except virtual visit which cannot resolve anything worst finishing on front porch and back patio no blinds for back patio door no water softener loop no gutters

The experience with Lennar morgage is super bad

My experience with Lennar Morgage is very bad which result in I don’t wanna buy any Lennar house any more. The loan documents have a lot issue and it took us a lot time to get the clarity we need. Steve our loan officer is not responsive and not a problem solver. He kept throw our question away. We have consistently have frustration feelings that don’t wanna continue any more. A lot steps that only let us know at the last minute and keep push us to take action immediately without any turn around time. The stuff should be more efficient and give customers enough time to take actions

From the minute I signed a contract with Lennar it was a nightmare. The loan process was one of the worst experiences of my life. For someone having perfect credit and another house paid off and no debt they asked a million questions about my finances (having nothing to do with my loan). Then waited until the day of my walk through to let me know I was approved, talk about inconsiderate and stressful. Had I known I was going to go through what I did I would not have bought a Lennar home.

Sorry to say that but it’s worst company ever I lived before in house builded 2000 its means before 25 years ago its very perfect compare with this house I buying this house brand new to see everything new and stay long time I want to tell you just first week the painting scratching and the black nails appears and the wall become very bad and the ceiling lake water in the living room and the my son 5 years old fall down the wall broke most painting have scratches and are not smooth

Major construction issue brought to us days before settlement was scheduled.They didn’t run electric from the house to the street! Four days before closing, I completed my first walk-through and identified several repairs that needed to be done. On the day of closing, none of those repairs had been completed. Worst home purchase ever.

This has been the worst home purchase experience ever between the sales person telling you whatever you wanted to hear and lying about follow ups, along with misrepresentation of the property and what you can actually do and now an ongoing battle with the builder and the county regarding land rights And building issues. Do not ever buy from this builder!

First move in day had AC not working had to wait 5 days

Even after 3rd party inspection they said fixed AC but they cheated, very first day ac stoped working I had to stay with our AC for 5 days, now it's Gas leak from stove even though it's in warranty they don't take responsibility and making us wait 10 days without cooking. Floors are uneven , every bad workmanship, they dnt fix issue.

Lennar they offer great programs when it comes to financing but the whole process to get inside a new home is a complete nightmare. Biggest Mistake Of My Life!

Overall Experience was extremely poor. From the "common" items left out of the building process such as towel bars and Shower rods, to the fact that NO underground sprinkling system was installed to water the new sod - leaving that 2K responsibility to the new homeowner, to a disastrous 2 day closing event. At this point I am very sorry I ever signed the Purchase Agreement.
