I would never use Lennar again and would not recommend

Mortgage officer was unprofessional and incapable of doing his job. Brand new house looked like it never went through and inspection. Very slow warranty claim turn around times

It’s a worst experience buying house with lennar builder. They don’t work with you but against you. Lennar will never address complaints but will push your issue in loop so that you will give up and don’t raise new complaint . Lennar is a scam. We have all proof

Not pleased at all. *****s were told before purchasing. After living in our "brand new townhome" our landscaping and walkway to our front door were all ripped out keaving gigantic holes.. that have not been fixed still months later. They pretend to new coming buyers but dont care about the ones that already purchased.. there are so many is*****s within the home.. i would stay clear from purchasing these homes

They make promises but never keep it, very hard to find them , no answer the phone, no answer the emails, very unproffesional. We got the key but the house was not ready. AC not working properly, one window broken, one hole in the tale, the door was not closing properly, the attic hatch is missing. We opened waranty claims but they are not coming to fix it, we are waiting weeks and then call back and waste our time for nothing. The landscape suppose to be done before closing date there are 2 months sine we are waiting and still nobody was coming. I have no words for this company it is so pathetic, they have no respects for the c*****nts. They are rushing to take the money and then they leave the c*****nts to fix the problems by themselves. Be aware of this company....when you have to choose and buy a house, please run as far as you can and find some other builders, otherwise you are going to regret ! ... Más

My wife and I are in our mid to late 50’s and this Lennar home was my first “new” home that I have purchased. This experience was nothing at all what I had expected for a new construction home. My overall description of this purchase would be characterized as totally disappointing. For starts nothing was done in regards to what was convenient for us as the Customer. We were told when all appointments were scheduled and when we had to be at the home or at the closing. We had no say in the matter despite our own work schedules and what was convenient or what worked best for us. The quality of the home and lack of pride in craftsmanship were incredibly below the standard for what a new home should be. Cheap interior white paint throughout the home, fully loaded electrical panel with no room for expansion, poor job with the installation of the pavers for the driveway and sidewalk leading to the next gen unit and an A/C unit that makes a banging sound every time the unit turns on and off are just a few of the issues that we have had to deal with. Added to this is the three smoke alarms that needed to have batteries replaced during the middle of the night and the breakers that keep tripping when more than two power sources are being used at the same time. It was very evident that corners were cut at every opportunity all for saving money. You know things are bad when you have a pre home inspection by a third party and there ends up being over $9k of suggested repairs for a “new” home. For a first time home buyer this was the worst experience ever! The lack of communication throughout the process, my house not being done at move in, and grass not installed till 3-4 weeks after move in. We also had a gas leak!!

The biome quality was ok for the price point I bought as an investor it is attractive for cashflow but your customer service is nonexistent once contract is done and after close. Close and goodbye! I am still Waiting for a call for a warranty request for 2 weeks even after a second request was made! Terrible!

Had us put earnest money down, told us they that we could sell the house we were in then continue the purchase process on the new build only to inform us that we had 5 days to sell our home or we would miss out on the new home. Watched the home be built and showed our 5 kids as well, hired a fence company only to be blindsided. Stay away from Lennar neighborhoods

Very poor communication and poor quality work.

There are some is*****s with my brand new home pointed to Lennar before closing. The Lennar team did not solve it yet. Any movement since the closing date. My wife and myself are totally frustrated with Lennar’s customer service.

The finance officers are lazy and don’t do their job. The quality manager makes excuses for every single finding not up to standards. The closing finance officer never reviewed the final numbers with me and sent me straight to notary to sign all the papers. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY. I loved *****. I have nothing nice to say about anyone else.

Lennar was very difficult to deal with. There were 4-5 different people with no clear direction on who to talk to about what is*****. I used lennar mortgage the day before i was supposed to close the mortgage guy called and told me we coudln't close, then told me he didn't have my down payment, and then later told me he found it. Lennar broker promised things to me to entice me to do this deal and did not follow through on this. I would not work with Lennar again they not easy nor trustworthy

Our experience with Lennar has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the backyard of our new home. The plans and information provided during the purchase process did not accurately represent the condition of the lot. We expected a relatively manageable backyard slope, but the completed home was delivered with a steep embankment approximately 15–17 feet high, taking up a significant portion of the usable yard. During our walkthrough, the construction manager acknowledged that there had been an engineering or communication error. Despite this acknowledgment, Lennar did not offer a solution proportionate to the severity of the problem. We were offered only a $5,000 credit or the option to move to another lot, even though properly addressing the slope, drainage, and retaining-wall concerns could cost tens of thousands of dollars. We raised the is***** well before closing and repeatedly attempted to reach a fair resolution. Communication was inconsistent, responsibility was passed between representatives, and we never felt that our concerns were treated with the urgency or transparency they deserved. The home itself has some positive features, but the backyard is***** substantially affects the property’s usability, safety, appearance, and potential future cost. Based on our experience, buyers should carefully compare the grading plans with the actual lot conditions, request all representations in writing, and independently evaluate any slopes, drainage, or retaining-wall requirements before closing. Review I became aware of a new community being built in the ***** area by the power of social media and algorithms. I immediately fell in awe with one of their floor designs and decided to personally visit this community. I arrived with no appointment and the experience was amazing. They explained Lennar’s model: homes built in a fast pace and no room for modifications. It sounded perfect and terrifying. However, I loved that particular floor plan. Price was decent considering the current housing market prices and the promise of everything that will be built in that area and its location. So, after thorough thought and weighing in benefits and risks, I decided to proceed with the purchase. After signing and issuing my first deposit, I would never hear back from that seller. When I decided to ask a further simple question regarding the home design and style, it took hours to get that information. Furthermore, I was assigned a concierge that would act as the point of contact during the building process. Barely we communicated and when we did, it always gave the impression that I was bothering. When it came to inspections, there was always misinformation and miscommunication. However, at the final inspection the quality and construction manager were very informative and showed disposition to help if anything arose after closing. That obviously never happened. They never showed up after inquiring on is*****s that were identified after the first weeks of moving into the property. During the closing stage it was uncomfortable experience. The demeanor and attitude of the closing personnel was rude and unprofessional. At this point I just wanted to sign and my home keys; no silly picture to be tagged for their social media images. Never again I would do any home purchase from Lennar. Throughout all this process you feel voiceless and with no options. It feels as if they’re doing a favor to you. If you’re ok with this style of service, then Lennar should be your first choice. Otherwise, there are plenty of homebuilders in the area. ... Más

As a real estate investor, I have purchased several homes over the years, and without question, my experience with Lennar has been the worst home-buying experience I have ever had. This was a cash purchase, which should have made the transaction simple and efficient. Instead, it turned into a frustrating, stressful, and completely disorganized process from beginning to end. Communication was absolutely terrible. We were never given any flexibility when scheduling our walkthrough or closing. Instead of receiving updates, we had to constantly chase people for basic information. We sent countless emails, yet most went unanswered or received a single delayed response. It was clear that keeping customers informed was not a priority. The worst part of the experience was dealing with *****. She was by far the least responsive and least helpful person we communicated with throughout the entire process. Instead of making the experience easier, she added to the frustration with poor communication, lack of follow-up, and little concern for customer service. The closing process was equally unacceptable. As a cash buyer purchasing a home at this price point, knowing the final closing amount in advance is essential so certified funds can be prepared. Despite requesting the final figures multiple times, ***** ***** failed to provide the information until the day before closing. This unnecessary delay created avoidable stress and confusion. To make matters worse, he did not even attend the closing to complete the signing process. The overall impression was that once Lennar had secured the sale, customer service completely disappeared. We felt like we were begging for information every step of the way instead of being treated as valued customers making a major financial investment. Lennar proudly claims to treat customers like family, but our experience proved the exact opposite. We experienced poor communication, lack of accountability, and a complete disregard for the buyer's time and concerns. Lennar needs to seriously improve its customer service standards and hold its employees accountable. Representatives such as ***** and ***** should understand that buying a home is one of the largest financial decisions people make, and buyers deserve timely communication, professionalism, and respect. Because of this experience, I will never purchase another investment property from Lennar, and I will not recommend Lennar to friends, family, c*****nts, or fellow real estate investors. If I were ever forced to purchase another Lennar home, I would specifically request that neither Angelica Reyes nor ***** be involved in my transaction. I been waiting for my check for 3 months still haven't received it yet worst experience ever and they are unorganized

The *****s, the unresponsiveness, the month wait and the extra money I had to spend without any reimbursement. Overall bad experience. ***** not buy another Lennar home after this.

Unfortunate experience with Lennar as a builder. I had previously worked with ***** who, now looking back at it, set the bar very high for service and product to which Lennar falls very short of.

There are not enough available characters in this box to express how completely terrible this home purchase transaction was from the beginning with the uneducated Lennar lender to the aggressive "escrow closing manager of the builder" who does not identify herself, but shows up in the email thread demanding that we close same day...and much, much more. The icing on the cake (so far) was both bathtubs filling up with literal human feces 16 days after we closed on the home and we had only been to and slept at the house 6 days/nights. 0/10 do not recommend.
