Right at the very beginning, we had a flawless buying experience with Lennar. Their process is well coordinated and the people we worked with have been professional and treated us in a manner that we felt they cared. Pete was our Home Consultant, Kevin is our Loan officer and all through out they sure delivered more than our expectations. We thank them and Lennar for making this home buying experience a very pleasant one.

U are not regretting anytime if u pick Lennar Exclusive package . For me it was what i got as i liked it . The Built Quality compared to others around is Best what Lennar Offers . A smooth overall process and I will definitely recommend going with them !!!

We were very fortunate to find the home that we did. We lived in California, but wanted to be closer and able to help with our daughter's second baby in Colorado. We found this house online and our daughter FaceTimed us as she took a tour of the house. We both wanted it right away, so we went through the process of buying the house. Lennar made it so easy for us and showed us the steps of building the house along the way, so we felt involved and could really see what we were getting. In just over two months, we were ready to move into a newly built home! We drove to Colorado and were very happy and impressed when we finally saw the house and the neighborhood where we were going to live. We closed a week after we saw it for the first time. Everyone we've talked with and met has been extremely helpful...and the quality of the house has been very high. everything included in the home. It is absolutely move in ready. Loved that there is standard design and no selection (which is mostly a way for builder to earn more money) process. all the employees are helpful and knowledgeable

Bought a brand new beautiful spacious 2 bedroom townhome with a huge loft and 2 and a half baths. We have an outdoor covered patio and two large balconies on the second level. There are two master bedrooms on the second floor which have plenty of room and a nice walk in closet. It’s a beautiful townhouse inside and out. The garage can hold a SUV and a sedan. The kitchen is beautiful and there’s a walk in pantry with plenty of shelves for access storage. Can’t hear my next door neighbors at all. I used Lennar’s home loan mortgage company and the process was excellent from beginning to end. We love our new home. It’s located in a beautiful community. Extra shout out to my real estate agent Rebecca for telling me to come look at these new homes. At first I wasn’t interested but after spending weeks not finding anything they caught my eye she suggested I come out and have a look at these new townhomes in person. And I’m glad she did. This house has everything we wanted in a home. Lennar’s construction manager Tatum was with us every step of the way during the home built and gave plenty of helpful info/advice to keep our house in tip top shape. So thankful for the advice she gave. Ethan is Lennar’s sales person. He along with Tatum provided outstanding service. And if you’re in need of a home mortgage I would definitely recommend you talk to Jannet in Lennar’s home loan department. Lennar has combined the three most important things when building a quality home. First is design….modern, efficient and attentive to what the new home buyer really needs. Second is name brand quality….. Lennar purchases huge quantities of products which enables them to only use the best materials. Sherwin Williams, Carrier and Moen (not just faucets but even the disposal!)……just to name a few. Third is overall high value…because they use third party quality control they can insure a professionally finished, on time project. This all adds up to outstanding value. Melanie G and Jason C are outstanding. Combined they made our buying/building experience painless. I have had 4 other homes built and have never seen anything like this. (by a lot) They just take care of business with no excuses. We are very pleased. If I were Lennar I would pay them whatever they wanted. incredible team!
