My home has many issues from minimal to major. The craftsmanship is terrible and so is the follow-up on the backend via warranty. The cheapest solution is sought in every case and typically requires numerous attempts. This was my first experience buying a new build and has turned me off from it completely. Worst experience ever. the sales rep was the worse along with the CM. no communication. Absolute nightmare! I had to reach out to the area sales manager so she could help expedite the construction process.

I had a very very unhappy home buying experience with Lennar. Starting from the sales to finance to home construction, ar every step, the whole experience was very unpleasant and compromising. The quality of the construction was suboptimal and there are multiple visible flaws that were not corrected even after they were reported in the inspections. The new home walkthru and final inspection process was so painful with so many open issues and construction manager was not ready to fix. Worst home buying experience ever

Was told by the sales person they’re not making this style of home anymore, when I stated I would wait for similar model in different location. Now I see same model being built I’m different location, for $50K cheaper. House was filthy when I moved in, construction dust on all the window sills. Door to garage doesn’t close all the way. Hole in the ceiling that took a month for someone to finally pick up. Water started leaking through my ceiling 2 weeks into ownership. Now there’s a bigger hole in my ceiling. Buying an unfinished home

This has been my worst experience buying a new home. This is my 3rd. I closed the house because the bank told me that a delay will raise the Interest rate. In that moment I was trapped. I moved to a house with no bath vents, loose floor tiles, no windows sills or painting completed, wavy drywalls, and a long etc. after 2 months and a half living here lennar haven’t repaired a single screw. Oh yes, they repaired the main entrance door because I lived there with no door lock for the first 3 days.

Very little construction knowledge by all Lennar representatives. There is no concern for quality or making sure products were installed properly

Don’t buy Lennar! There is obviously no supervision during construction and if provided no experienced construction managers. Absolutely NO CONCERN FOR QUALITY! They constantly try to fix items that were not installed properly (I.e.) doors, especially exterior doors instead of removing and reinstall properly or replace. It is sad that Lennar accepts the butcher quality of work provided by their sub-contractors. We didn’t get what we paid for! All my neighbors feel the same way!

Waste of Money. Poor Quality and Service.

It’s just been more than a month and we have raised 10+ service request already. We entered into our new home and hot water won’t work. Pipe leaked in basement. Cabinet door came off. Switch won’t work. AC stopped working and they said they need 3 weeks to fix it and punished me to suffer in high temperatures inside the home. Would never recommend lennar to anyone.

Dream home turned into a nightmare

You guys severely lack ownership and inter-team communication

The sales person, construction managers, and closing agent failed to take ownership of their actions and severely lacked in communicating among themselves for a smooth closure. The sales person towards the end shows bad attitude which made our closing experience worst of all. Amateurs! Poor craftsmanship!

Probably the worst consumer buying experience in my life. I have bought many new homes, from many different builders and the lack of professionalism I experienced from this home builder goes beyond description. I'm so over my Lennar home purchase fiascos that I'm just done even mentioning it anymore. I will never.... ever.... ever.... spend my hard earned money on another Lennar Home nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know or who inquires about my experience with this builder..

Will not advice to buy home with lennar

Bad customer experience. Without water approval the sod is installed for the home backyard ,no water for the sod for more than month.During TLC review I have raised the concern about the sod dying,lennar said sod will come back.Now it’s 2 to 3 months and the sod is dead,when I go back and raise a request,no response.This happened for many houses . NO response from lennar and very bad customer experience. There are multiple points for the bad customer experience.

I Wouldn't Buy From Lennar Again

In the first month after closing we ran into a few issues that couldve been avoided. Repair times tool longer than they should. Communication is not a thing with Lennar. The construction crews like to cut corners when building the homes. Lennar doesn't not fill the backyards with grass, some of ours is only dirt. Cracks in the concrete were immediately noticed after closing. Lennar title gave us the wrong amount for closing costs and almost delayed our closing. Our closing date was pushed back about 3 or 4 different times. Plastic bathroom walls were not pushed together correctly, ...

I don't know where to begin with this awful journey we had on the home buying process. From lack of communication from the loan processing aspect to the abysmal workmanship done on the house. All I can say is, if you decide to go with Lennar GOOD LUCK AND GET YOUR OWN INSPECTION.

Purchased house was told I would get touch up paint, never received! Three boxes to replacement tiles, was told to text Nolan did on several occasions never received. Doors painted with semi gloss, touched up with flat paint. We have paint on carpets in bedrooms Just horrible

Don’t sign off on the day of your walk though. If there are issues to be fixed have them fix it before you sign off. I’m 7 months in an still waiting for them to fix a kitchen drawer that was blue taped the day off walk thru. Costumer service rep dose not care
