Although the road was not smooth, we were able to overcome all the obstacles and achieve our goals. I appreciate Lennar for everything. The customer service team especially Jose is always on point; they resolve all the issues raised before and after closure. I will buy from them again.

First of all this was my first purchase of a new home! I was very impressed with all that my townhome was equipped with, all up to date details! This was the first home my realtor had shown me and I feel in love with it! I am still learning of all the new items in my home, but I'm sure in time it'll be easier! Well built and the installation is gold! I never hear anyone , very few cars, but its so quiet! Loving my new community!!!

For us the buying experience was easy and fast. They have a great staff also that its always willing to help. Thanks to Melissa, Jorge and Lissette because they really care about their customers and truly want to help.

The experience with Lennar was so smooth, they were responsive and attentive to every need. After my customary walk through they made sure they thoroughly touched up every little detail so that the home appeared perfect. Overall the process was so easy I couldn’t even believe I had purchased a home. I highly recommend them for your housing needs, we also used the Lennar financing and it was a breeze.

I had a on site superintendent that was great and we were provided weekly up dates I do wish Lennar was more willing to do changes but I get it . My biggest advice would be to keep things personal and not so mechanical

I had the best team I worked with to build my new home in Parker, CO. From my sales person, Mary, who was incredibly knowledgeable on the housing market and Lennar's business trends to Chad and Isaac who oversaw the construction of my home. I received thorough updates on my build process. If I had any questions that were not addressed in a regular update, I felt I could ask about anything and always received prompt responses. The quality of the craftsmanship is on par with a custom home and I know my new home with withstand the test of time.

The moment my realtor showed me the Cantaron model I knew I was home! And my Lennar sales rep. Melissa was great! Everyone on the Lennar Team was pleasant and as accommodating as “per the plan allows”. Kenneth, my building superintendent always made me feel welcome when I stopped by and answered all questions. Stephen with Lennar Mortgage rounded out the team and was fantastic. And I love my beautiful forever home! I highly recommend Lennar and thank all who helped me on my journey to downsize without down grading.

I wanted to send a personal Thank You! to recognize the exceptional customer service in our new home purchase & build experience. The team of Todd, Aaron, and Samer were fantastic, responsive, and just generally good people to work with. Just an all-around great experience with Lennar! We really loved our last home and so many memories and felt sad about leaving. A couple of hours over here…and we didn’t want to go back. I think that says it all.

Process of buying a home do you know what is different from my previous sellers at times I did not get a callback when I needed one at a time so I did it. Everyone was very helpful the toughest time I was with the loan officers or the underwriters.. it’s just seems as though they were nitpicking, but at the end they got what they needed to process the loan. Quality of the home was less than my expectation a Lotta good quality and it was some sort of quality or all I am please.. I did not do a thorough cleaning before moving. Project managers was very knowledgeable and kept me up-to-date with weekly photos and feedback. Miss Heidi was very helpful throughout the whole process along with the girls in the office. Can not say enough about the support provided by the Lennar Team we had on this journey. Their knowledge, passion and focus on providing us the most positive home-buying experience possible was unmatched. Heidi, Lisa and Conner were absolutely fantastic from the beginning and up until we were able to call this beautiful place home.
