We purchased a new build Lennar home. Blue tape session went smoothly and all issues were addressed. Had an independent inspection check the home. A couple of issues were found and Lennar fixed them. Final walk through went well as well as the closing. Since moving in, any issue that we have submitted for repair has been taken care of in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Small issue quickly resolved

My daughter and son in law chose this home for me as an investment property, The preliminary and final walk throughs were done via video meeting and conducted by a very professional man who anticipated and satisfied all my questions. Very please with the new property.

Tabitha was amazing from the start to the end as I wanted rbis house since Feb of 2022. She kept me in mind and promised me I would get this house. Any questions I had she answers and if she didn’t know she made sure to find out. Ryan made sure my house was not only completed on time but earlier than expected.
