It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone took their time and taught me the new process of docu signing and emails ever since covid changed everything. They were all very patient with everything because l was going through a divorce at the same time. Everything had to fall into place and coinside as l was going through my proceedings. It took me three different attempts before l was able to lock in a lot as there were hurdles l had to over come with timing issues of my divorce. No one gave up as we were all determined to get me in a Lennar Home. It took a special group of people to make this happen. They cared enough to be like my own support group. We purchased a new build Lennar home. Blue tape session went smoothly and all issues were addressed. Had an independent inspection check the home. A couple of issues were found and Lennar fixed them. Final walk through went well as well as the closing. Since moving in, any issue that we have submitted for repair has been taken care of in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Small issue quickly resolved

My daughter and son in law chose this home for me as an investment property, The preliminary and final walk throughs were done via video meeting and conducted by a very professional man who anticipated and satisfied all my questions. Very please with the new property.
