Very poor experience! Big, arrogant builder, has no interest in the customer, you are just a little number.

I bought a model home from Lennar.

They gave me windows that are damaged and refusing to fix it, garage floor uneven , sheetrocks with holes in it, horrible workmanship, their refusal to fix anything. It is appalling. Do not buy from Lennar.

Rushed new build

If Lennar had spent just 1 or 2 more weeks rather than rush to close the home before the end of their fiscal quarter and month, the home would have been in a better quality. Same issue with everybody in the neighborhood. Lennar definitely preyed on the goodwill and naivete of first time home buyers and dangled the 1 year "bumper to bumper" warranty to get their inventory sold. First time home buyers beware! I would not recommend a Lennar/Village Builder new build to anyone. Thankfully, the issues are fixed one by one and the home is in great shape now.

Our experience with Lennar from the initial purchase through our final move-in was smooth, well-organized, and exceeded our expectations. The entire process was clearly explained, and we felt informed every step of the way. Moving into a new home can be stressful, but the Lennar team made it as seamless as possible. The builder's team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. They followed through on their commitments, answered our questions promptly, and addressed any concerns in a timely manner. Their communication and willingness to help gave us confidence throughout the home-buying experience. For anyone considering buying a home from Lennar, I would say you can expect a well-managed process, a quality-built home, and a team that genuinely works to make your experience a positive one. Purchasing a home is a major milestone, and Lennar helped make ours an enjoyable and memorable experience. We would confidently recommend them to family and friends.

I had a horrible builder experience missed deadlines, missing materials, last minute document request day of closing, I waited for the entire day on my closing was horrible, Bad workmanship if the home, miscommunications of exterior color and massive delays left me homeless for 2 weeks and last minute inconveniences and headache… 4 days in my AC went out how is that possible on a new house Started off great ended in a horrible mess but in the end I was able to move in my beautiful home and get the quality is*****s repaired in a timely manner. Poor quality workmanship, bugs were everywhere when we moved in. The Lennar Rep Blake, was useless. He refused to provide pest control & minor repairs. He said it was home owners responsibility. The AC makes a loud pounding noise whenever it turns off. When someone is using the shower upstairs you can hear water coming down the pipe in the kitchen loudly & sometimes it makes a knocking noise. When we flush the toilet it makes a pounding sound on the wall. We tried contacting the Customer Service person but he didn’t answer & he did not call back. We made a mistake buying Lennar! We will warn our friends & family members Not to buy Lennar Homes!!!
