Tabitha was amazing from the start to the end as I wanted rbis house since Feb of 2022. She kept me in mind and promised me I would get this house. Any questions I had she answers and if she didn’t know she made sure to find out. Ryan made sure my house was not only completed on time but earlier than expected. Any questions I had he had the answer. This is our second new build and by far as been THEEE BEST experience thus far. My family love our “HOME”

Lennar delivered our new home within promised timelines. They have a great team in sales and delivery and kept me posted on progress of construction regularly with pictures of my home. They are usually uptight about what they will deliver and do not take up any upgrades. While I understand this may delay the project but it would nice if they entertain upgrades. Overall I had a very good experience with Lennar and am happy with them. Their after sales services is also great and their construction manager on-site is amazing.

Love our home the way they designed the homes is amazing just wish they would make a big community pool it’s so hot in the summer and these backyards are super small to fit one in.

I looked long and hard before I purchased. I have been following Lennar for about 6 years and every community they build I follow it. I am in love with Lennar homes. Lennar staff was very professional, always ready and willing to help, Not to mention my loan office Mervyn was outstanding, personable, knowledgeable, professional, he made my process so easy and stress free, I cannot thank him enough. just overall great people! just the best team ever!!!!!!!!

Even though leading up to closing day was so stressful, Ms. Carolyn made it all worthwhile. From my initial contact with her to the present, Ms. Carolyn was extremely helpful and honest!!! On closing day, my bank delayed the wire transfer until after closing time but she stayed around until confirmation came from the title office. Definitely have to give a shout out to the guys that did the final walkthrough. They were authentic and personable. They answered all my questions and gave contact information if I needed assistance. Great Team!!!!

Chance encounter turns into a lifetime change. At discount tires, replacing a tire that was flat. Only to to find out it wasn’t flat at all, rim was cracked. Discount already threw away 2 perfectly fine tires. Didn’t want to buy two rims to match, needed to buy all four. A gentleman named Jeff, who was in the lobby, overheard the ordeal and offered to give me 4 new tires and rims from his old car, for free! Sounded too good to be true. But indeed it was. After gifting me the rims and tires, we exchanged pleasantries and found we had alot of life similarities , and he asked if I ever needed help with anything else in life, don’t hesitate to call. Also, if I were trying to get a home, he could help. Gave me his number, met up, found out he worked for Lennar, and two months later, he helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Tears of joy all around. Off a chance encounter! Throughout the entire process, his wife and his team worked diligently to help us, along with Ryan and his team as well. They are so calm and patient, and ensured us every step of the way that this was meant to be, and they would help you with the new chapter of your lives, becoming homeowners! Kristin closed the deal with making us feel like we are apart of the family her warm introduction and tour of our new home. I had no previous experience in buying a house. Doing this process with Lennar was really good. I had a lot of support and transparency with the builder, loan and title companies, as they were all integrated. The whole closing process was extremely easy. The house introduction and inspection was very professional. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with Lennar and would recommend to others.
