We were the first to close in this new Heber development and couldn't be happier. Brett and Eddie running the site did an amazing job. The quality for the price is unmatched in this part of Utah. They have excellent subcontractors. They finished the build on time during one of the worst winters in decades. Would buy another home with Lennar in Utah. Thank you, Lennar!

The entire process of selecting, designing, and having out new home built was surprisingly easy. This was our first home, and the homebuying process was very smooth.

As a first time buyer in CA the process exceeded my expectation. It was very smooth and all were so helpful and patience with me all throughout. They are very knowledgeable and gave me an answer on all my questions in a very short period of time.

Probably the best value condos in the Cota Vera community. Definitely impressed by the quality of work and turnaround time on the build. Still learning about my home. But for the most part, when questions arise and I reach out, Lennar is pretty responsive.

These homes are nice and what I lived about it is what includes, like the floor, granite top and ring.

First let me start by saying Ashlee our Sales Rep and Shane our Superintendent were fantastic. I heard not so great things about Lennar in the northern part of our state which caused me to hesitate purchasing. The division and community in which we bought are amazing. My only regret was not purchasing sooner.
