This is my second residence I purchase fro Lennar. My first residence I purchase was in 2019. I love Lennar homes because of my famililarity with the company and what I can expect when I purchase a home through Lennar. Thank you!

These homes are nice and what I lived about it is what includes, like the floor, granite top and ring.

First let me start by saying Ashlee our Sales Rep and Shane our Superintendent were fantastic. I heard not so great things about Lennar in the northern part of our state which caused me to hesitate purchasing. The division and community in which we bought are amazing. My only regret was not purchasing sooner.

The overall home buying experience is great! This includes the people we’ve met, quality of the home, and responsive to issues with the home.

My husband and I have been trying to move back to Reno for several years-family issues were keeping it from happening. I'd been looking at this house for 4 years! When the time finally came Laura and Tricia were there to help. Then a death in my family delayed things again and we couldn't get the first house we wanted. But Laura got us into the same floor plan but a couple months down the road for the same price! Everyone was so helpful getting us into this house after so many delays. Thanks Lennar-we love being back in Nevada and being in our new home!

Lennar was very professional and helpful in the home buying process. They walk you through step by step with the process.

Of the 3 Builders I have purchased a home from in Florida, Lennar rates the best in all ways.

I had a great experience working with the Lennar team from the sales person (Rosalie to the closing notary person (Taylor). Everyone was professional and very friendly. I was especially impressed with the loan processing team. They processed my loan in such a short period of time, and I was able to close escrow in 3 weeks. Thank you Rosalie, Jerry, Megan, Javi, and Taylor for all of your hard, dedicated work!!!!

James was awesome to work with, answered all my questions and phones calls even on his days off. Very professional service through the whole home buying experience.
