Loan Officer working for Lennar was very responsive, detailed and knowledgeable! Made the buy alot easier! House and yard was great!

The house is great, we have had a couple of issues, but customer service, took care of it.

We closed on our home on Feb.10,2023. We are extremely thrilled with our experience. Yes, there was a few hiccups, couple of delays, miscommunications, and a couple of repairs to be done but everything was straightened out in the appropriate time frame. Our real estate agent, Paula, was our shoulder to cry on, our uplifting voice and our insanity stablizer !! We are first time home buyers and it was more stressful than we expected but Paula was always there for us. The perfect person for us !!! Our mortgage lender, Elizabeth, was absolutely great ! She was always there when we needed her and tried her very best to keep us in the loop !! Our builder manager, Brandon, was the right person for us. He answered all of our questions and was honest if he didnt have the answer. But would always get back to us wirh the answers !! Our home buying experience was really great for us with Lennar Homes !! Yes, I would recommend everyone involved in our journey !!! Buying with Lennar Homes was a dream come true for us !!! ... Más

Love the home the finishes were great and love the location

Starting from initial tour to final closing, requesting minor patching/paint issues - Lennar took care of everything very smoothly and in a professional way. Very Happy with Lennar and will buy again with Lennar. The whole team from Sales, and Builders to Lennar finance took care of everything in a timely manner.

When I look their model house so attractive designs i love it!beautiful kitchen owners suite room nice design ,the back yard so nice and beautiful. Lennnar staff are so friendly they will assist you the processing smoothly.

I absolutely love Lennar. We entered into a contract to build a home. Just days before the closing, my outside lender balked almost killing the deal. Lennar stepped in with their internal mortgage service, approved us in one day and saved the entire deal. I cannot recommend Lennar highly enough. They are an amazing company.

My wife saw this dream home last year and I thought there was no way to obtain it. I had been going back and forth to another new housing development; near by. My family has been to the model home frequently. The sales rep was was very nice and knowledgeable. Very please with new purchase agreement. This is my second Lennar home and I believe they set the bar with this next gen.

The home is well built and exactly as advertised so I am most pleased with my new home.

Debrah and Bret were amazing! Debra sent us pics of the home, lot, and neighborhood . She would go out if her way on her days off to answer questions and measure rooms for us. We purchased our home site unseen. Bret is still fixing the Warrenty issues we have. He truely cares about us and getting our home perfect!!!

The underwriters were unreasonable at every step in the loan process...... at one point I said stop the processes and start the process to refund my deposit , as I was unwilling to provide or unable as some of their requirements were of my bank and they(bank) would not provide to me to then pass on to them......example was showing a deposit on a monthly statement in the month not yet completed required me to go to the bank get a photo copy showing the deposit but because it had bank internal information on the top of the pages they cut off the top of the page showing 1of three and I explained this but after faxing over sixty pages, five trips to banks, I was done BUT when I said stop I give up.... suddenly the underwriters so OK we approve the loan.... love the home hate the process!!!!! ... Excellent customer service. The entire process went as planned. Excellent communication at all times. Our Loan Officer Stephen was amazing. He really knows his work and everything was very close to the estimate. The project Manager Thomas was also amazing. The house was delivered by the schedule and the end result was amazing. I can NOT say enough good things about Lennar and the team of VERY Professional people who work at Lennar Home, all are just BEYOND Incredible. From applying for my loan till the day of closing, all a very seamless process. I'm BIG on great service, and that's exactly what you receive from the professionals at Lennar. As an empty nester, was thinking I wanted to purchase a townhouse and quickly realized that may not be my best option. My NHC asked me if I was interested in viewing the Daybreak community and I said yes. The floor plans were all BEAUTIFUL. I was really sold with the "Everything Included". Didn't have to worry about paying for any kitchen appliances, landscaping, or fencing. Most Builders nickel and dime you with all the add ons. I'm almost sure this will be my FOREVER home.
