House is great as expected. The default upgrade is pretty good. The process from signing the contract to closing the house is quick and smooth. Salesman and Customer service are very nice and helpful.

We had given up on retiring and owning a home in Florida until we found Timber Creek. We met Freddy and just before the New Year he found an opportunity for us to buy a Villa. We were able to sell our MN home and move to Fort Myers, it was a bumpy transition but overall we were able to use Lennar resources to help. Times are challenging but patience helps, we are very happy to be here in our new home.

We had a very positive experience during the process of purchasing our new built home at Ravello, Estancia. Sales Representative Kimberly was very knowlegeable, friendly and helpful from the start to finish. She guided us through the complex process of purchasing a new built house. She always kept us informed and updated. Construction Manager Tim was highly experienced and knowledgeable. He was courteous, professional and personable. He kept us updated and addressed all our questions and concerns during the entire process. We feel that both Kimberly and Tim represent the best of Lennar/WCI. We ran into many delays immediately after I reserved my site. Due to covid many of the materials were extremely difficult to get, not just for Lennar, but the entire construction field. I know because I'm a electrical contractor. However, Aubrey and the team were able to make everything happen and I was able to move in on time. Love the location and the overall look of my new home!

This is our 3rd new home in the last 30 years. We are really happy with every phase of our experience with Lennar ,our sales consultant and purchase, quality of construction and attention to detail inside and outside of the home and imagination of design packages with everything included made it easy . Quality control and care given after our home was delivered was excellent. Our team , Katie, Jamie, and Chris were excellent to work with and are an asset to Lennar.

First, I felt so depressed when deciding to buy this new home. But Ms. Jennifer (New Home Consultant) helping me a lot the entire process from initial purchase to final move-in, by calling or texting me, no matter in weekday or weekend, because I live out of State. Her excellent job made me feel so comfortable. My new home is a good quality and beautiful. The builder's team is also doing an excellent job as promised in timely fashion. I will refer families and friends about this builder.

You pay for what you get and even more with Lennar. The builder is trustworthy in that it builds what it advertises. There were issues during the process, but they were quickly resolved satisfactorily by the sales, mortgage, and builder teams. We've been enjoying our new house in an excellent community for more than 1 and a 1/2 months. Of course, there were problems registering the house with the USPS (huge problems for other stuff), but that's not the builder's responsibility. I would highly recommend buying a new Lennar home for everyone.

I felt very taken care of by this team and am pleased with the construction of the home. The quality of these homes is apparent compared to other new homes.

When made are way to the sales office after our round. The salesman Brooks was friendly and full of information. He gave us a tour of their models and within a few days we were owners. Lennar Held True to their word. My Lennar Construction Manager and the Home Consultant that worked independently of Lennar but with Lennar was excellent. Always responsive. Closed on exact date as promised. Home Consultant was excellent in helping me with locking in P&S agreement/Contract/wiring initial earnest deposit. Home Consultant was great in handling all sorts of questions I had and going way beyond the call of duty in helping me with my new build before it was ready for occupancy. Lennar Construction Management was also unbelievable in answering or returning my calls immediately, co-ordinating my new build while I was living out of state and answering/explaining all the details to me during this ongoing new build process. And was the key in getting the occupancy permit in time for me to close on the promised/expected Closing date. Workmanship/Quality both inside and out is rock solid. I am very impressed with the quality and how well our new home is built. Our home is very quiet even with ongoing new builds and ongoing construction near our home, We have no doubt that we could easily get a great return value should we ever decide to sell our home. Lennar Customer Care is very responsive and so far has fixed/addressed all of our Work Orders under Warranty immediately. The Lennar Hazard Ins agent was great but not the Lennar Flood Ins Agent. The rest of the Lennar team: the Lennar Mortgage, Lennar Title (Escrow/Title/Closing) , Lennar Construction Management, Lennar Customer Service are great. All were very responsive notwithstanding the enormous amount of volume and customers they have to handle day in day out. I have no idea how well they can give such individualized quality attention te each customer such as myself but they manage to do so. And they all delivered what was promised. We were tickled, delighted, and happy throughout the entire process. Everyone was kind and made our buying process simple. The site managers were quick to answer questions and fix anything we thought wasn't right. We financed through Lennar. Our rates and fees were very competitive and were better than what was on the market. As interest rates were rising they helped us find ways to keep them down and to keep our mortgage in the range we wanted. My only negative through the whole process was towards the end with closing. Lennar uses multiple different website portals and forms for documents. It would be really nice if everything could be condensed into one simple portal and if all documents had one uniform format. ... Más
