Everyone we have worked with in the Lennar organization has been extremely helpful and responsive. This includes the loan department, sales person who sold the home, the project manager responsible for building our unit and the customer service group which has helped with after sales questions and issues. Our experience working directly with Lennar was great from the start. Joseph, our sales rep, was helpful in guiding us to what model we went with, the bidding process, and keeping us updated throughout the process. Justin our construction manager was very thorough with the construction. I felt like it was very quality craftsmanship throughout the home! We haven’t had any major issues to work through and everything worked as expected. The smart home system can be a bit overwhelming but now that we are settled in, everything is working great! The community is unlike any other, amazing!

So far so good. The quality of the home is great especially for the price you are paying. I highly recommend purchasing with Lennar if you’re looking for quality finish. I have a newer home prior to this purchase and Lennar beats any new construction build hands down so far.

We had a great experience with Lennar Our home was completed in a timely manner considering the material shortage and we had a wonderful construction manager Ron who kept us informed throughout the entire process and answered any questions we may have had. We moved here like so many others from out of state and could not have gotten through it all without all of the resources offered to us by Lennar. Closing was completed in such an organized and professional manner and the title company was beyond compare and JJ and her team worked relentlessly to help us through the process via the extensive extremely professional Lennar Track portal system, emails, texts and phone calls and honestly the communication was remarkable.
