Going through the new-construction-home-buying experience w/ Lennar was very easy. They made uploading the documents simple and they were very efficient. I’m happy w/ the whole process and very happy living in my new townhouse. It was perfect for me at this point in my life having raised two children, now adults. Highly recommend using Lennar.

Sales person did an excellent job. However, there is not much communication after we purchase the house. It looks like there is an communication gap between different part of the organization to get the right answer.

Not the best finishes for the price. A lot of small details were not finished prior to closing and still everything is yet to be finished. For being advertised as luxury and move in ready we expected a lot more. The house is well built for the most part but all the various contractors they bring in aren’t always that great.

The quality of workmanship does not reflect the price of the home. For the price we paid, we expected far better. The layout of the house is great and we love living here. Just wish there was a greater attention to detail that corresponded to the cost.

Lennar was on a strict schedule. They had hoped to complete the transaction by the end of November due to quarter closing. On the day of closing several things were not completed but due to Lennars reputation and buying experience I closed despite an uneasy feeling. I wish I had gone with my gut feeling. The warrantee experience has been terrible. We are almost at two months from closing and several things are yet to be address. We have tenants that are not happy as well. I have scheduled multiple appointments after coordinating with tenants that were cancelled without any notice. Why I am going through a warrantee process when the task were never initially completed is beyond me. I would like to more Lennar properties in the future but now I am second thoughts. We should have never have gone to settlement for the house The house was not ready to be moved in no electric to the central air unit. No cable for the TV countless mistakes and flaws like buying a used car all promises and then you have to fight for everything. I’m disappointed.
