I am thoroughly enjoying my new home and all of the wonderful amenities. I love that everything is new and fresh. I love the location. I really appreciate the Lennar Cares team and how they immediately address any home warranty issues.

I got my home at a really great price anything that needs to be repaired they get right on it there's a lot of things that are included in the home that cost extra other home builders everything is great except the small yard lol

They have a very supportive team; as expected in any new construction, there is always something to fix afterward, but the Lennar team has always been vertbreaponsive and fixed the few things they needed to adjust as soon as possible ( sometimes the very days I submitted the inquiry)

I appreciate Lennar's transparency and value, as it reduces the stress of selecting and paying for upgrades. For a first-time homebuyer, Lennar helped make the process easy and quick.

Best house ever bought and I mean ever.

Carrie, Colby and Ashley were all great! They responded quickly to all my needs! Carrie followed through until the end. She made the loan process smooth. Ashley was the best construction manager. She followed up even after closing to make sure everything was ok. Colby was very detailed with my walk through. He made sure I knew all the ins and outs of my new home. Thanks Lennar!

Charlotte was an amazing help with the home buying process. Her hands on with making sure I understand what was going on and the process it would take to get the home was truly a great experience.

Make sure when you do your last walk thru, everything is repaired

I had been looking to purchase a home for the last three years with my Agent. We had an appointment with another builder. I was not impressed with their home, but we saw that Lennar was also building in the area. We met with Marnie and she showed me a new Townhome at Village of Bouleware. I fell in love with the new construction home and Marnie was great with descriptions of the amenities. I told my Agent that day that, this was what I had been wanting for years now. I brought the Townhome. I had been waiting for my Happy Home. Lennar made that possible for me. Thank you!!

I rented a Lennar Home prior to purchasing one and this is what made me want to buy with the builder. It was the detail of they put in the home and the unique features. I also like that Lennar builds the home and sales then so you get a new construction home without waiting 6-8 months. The process went quickly 3 weeks from going under contract to closing. No major issues and I am very happy with my home.

Awesome experience from building to closing. Everyone I mean from the construction manager Ashlee to Carrie my loan officer was always available and communicated with me during my entire home buying process.

Lennar really paid attention to our home buying needs and provided superior customer service from our first contact with their sales rep (Tina) to handing us the keys of home ownership. Working with Lennar’s financing team was the easiest home buying experience we’ve ever participated in (5+homes bought in past years). Their tours, walk throughs, focus on explaining how various utilities, appliances, and the home’s infrastructure worked, and including their incentives and warrantees put our minds at ease. The home itself is gorgeous. We love our new home!

Great builders to work with was my experience with Lennar

The sales process of my experience was disappointing as I was misled (straight up given wrong information) on several points. Fortunately, I had my own real estate agent to guide me appropriately. The rest of the experience, however, was good. Dylan, Evan and Logan were standouts in this process. They ensured that I was informed and made themselves available. Logan had to deal with the misrepresentations from the sales piece of this and he handled it very well. I was sad to see the exact same home that I bought being sold for a lot less in my neighborhood than what I paid. Feels like that decreases the property values for those that purchased out here first. ... Más
