Our experience had a few hiccups in the beginning with the date of the closing, fortunately Darrell did everthing possible to get the date moved up and we were able to close earlier.

These whole process was professional and fast. Closed in 4 weeks.

Lennar was great from the sales person to finance to construction manager. The sales team came back with a great price and we sealed the deal. Finance was responsive and on point. Chris and Holly, I can't say enought. The construction manager was great he was always available after the sale. I would highly recommend Lennar.

The whole process was quick and easy

We were looking for a one floor home with a front porch that had a big kitchen and a big back overhang with a patio. This house came with a lot of storage for our necessities. It's a great neighborhood that is close to beach access.

Lennar Homes is a great builder and so streamlined from the beginning to even beyond settlement. Home is ready for move in! I have not found any major items that will need to be repaired. Being in real estate for the past 40 years, Lennar Homes has been one of the best home builder that handles upfront walk through items prior to closing.

Dealing with the loan underwriting was a complete nightmare ! I almost gave up and was willing to give up the deposits totaling $9,000. The system at Lennar is very poor! I was told I was conditionally approved only then to be told that I needed to provide more and more information causing us to postpone our original closing date. I am afraid I would NEVER have a good word about Lennar Mortgage. In fact I would advise them to not get involved at all costs!

Our search came to an end with this new construction community. We liked that it would be less homes & no pool or clubhouse. It suited us. Bill was very pleasant to deal with & very helpful to answer all our questions. Our townhouse is everything we wanted. There were no issues or problems. Everyone we’ve dealt with is very friendly

Saw a special end of the year deal online. Called our realtor who connected us to Lennar. Lennar called us, told us that particular house had just been reserved, but that there was another one still available. We did a tour over the phone & immediately put a down payment on it. From there it was about 3 weeks to closing. Everyone we spoke with was great & being on another state, they were very communicative, which was very helpful. Quality of the build was excellent; only wish they included a few more windows (only 5 in the the entire house & they are on the small side). Definitely would work with Lennar again. ... Más

We went from our home in Ohio to visit Shellwood by Lennar, and were very pleased with the look and location of the home. After talking to Wayne Goode, we felt comfortable putting in an offer right on the spot. Our offer was accepted, and we started working with the rest of the Lennar team. Our loan officer, Kevin Williams, was a delight to work with and made sure we understood everything associated with our new home purchase! He went above and beyond our expectations, and was available whenever we needed him. Jeremiah, our Lennar construction manager, made sure we understood how everything in the home worked, and how to get little issues fixed during our blue tape walkthrough. He was patient and kind during this process, and was available to answer any and all of our questions. We went with Lennar's closing agent, and Sarah put us right at ease since she was an old pro at doing closings.
