Sara *****, our warranty agent has been terrific. With any new house, there are tweaks needed. Sara has been right on top of our service requests. The “trades” she has sent out have been professional and friendly. Lennar and employees have been great.

Lennar made buying a home very easy and I never thought I could afford brand new build and Lennar made it possible with all of their guidance and suggestions. The sales associate from Lennar worked well with my realtor to get me the best pricing and interest rate for my home loan.

The entire process was smooth and easy. There was a two month delay between the initial move-in date to when we actually moved in, that is the only issue that we had for our home. We are happy with our new home!

The sales office agents and in particular John and lori took their time to help us to look for a house to meet our requirements.

The process if buying my home in Roselyn was very easy. First time driving in felt warm and welcoming. I was just beginning my search in this area for a new home. The staff here was so friendly. After seeing the models and brought to see a home ready to move in I knew I had found my home. . Its been a month now. I have wonderful friendly neighbors. Excited to be in such a wonderful community.

Lennar has always been prompt to address our concerns when we have one, very good follow up as well

Very pro-active in dealing with customer.

The home contract had my skeleton rattling my bones - which made me back out on an even cheaper home, but with an additional signed closing disclosure on a second home summarizing expected closing costs, this ended up being a really great buy - even if I felt pressured into signing the contract for a second home that I DID NOT SEE UNTIL AFTER SIGNING (really scary). It had a lot of speed bumps on the way, like ***** SECOND closing disclosure that told me what I needed to close that came a day after my closing date, and some minor repairs, but everything went really well overall and I'm ecstatic to have my own home at an amazing price. They went above and beyond with the walk-thru inside, cosmetically speaking. Thank you Lennar! ... Más

Katie in Sales was awesome! Cade was great in doing the walk thru and addressed all concerns. Kevin was great in virtual closing final walk thru. We hit a snag in scheduling the actual closing date with Amanda and it was postponed, which was a bit inconvenient in trying to coordinate things from PA. Lisa was helpful and Hannah with Norman Law was great.

The entire Lennar team was helpful & supportive during my home buying experience. Travis, my building supervisor, was patient & responsive throughout the inspection and walk-thru. I love my new home!
