The sales agent, Victor, did a great job of identifying our needs and taking care of us throughout the entire sales process. The loan officer was extremely hard-working and also took great care of us. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and purchase.

The house is beautiful and we are creating a sweet home, thank you so much for all support.

Everything was going great process ok but lennar need more communication with customers. first lennar say one thing and changes for another one I'm talking on the process of the loan many changes doing process .I did find out one of my friends was ofered all the appliances including refrigerador I'm very disapointed I was not ofered the same.I asked for a garage door opener I was told NO. HOUSE WAS NOT CLEAN paint stains on floor .

I had issues contacting the seller about anything at any point and responsiveness was not good on the financing side. Our closing date was pushed back without any reason and without any heads-up. Builder was great and we love the house.

It was hard to get a home through Lennar especially if you are elderly and moving from another state like Louisiana. If you don’t have a job or money enough that can show that you can afford it. You might be disappointed unless you can find a good realtor who can help you through the process. Otherwise good luck.

Buying experience was really bad! The only reason I kept on the process is because our home price rebate was really good and because of our realtor, but lennar sales agent was really not helpful and I wish I could say differently but I can’t. Seller did not answer a lot of our questions, deflected a lot of simple questions and at the end they didn’t even show up for our key delivery. I would not recommend them to any family members or friends, I’m sure lennar has really good people working for the company but the ones who helped me, were not!

Beware. TREC contracts are easier. The salesperson will ignore you and lie to you about your closing. The concierge doesn't know anything.

Victor was the sales associate and the entire experience was awful. There was a mold situation that came up due to the builder not locking up the home when Hurricane Beryl came through. After us spending almost $1,000 on a mold inspection since the builder would not, the builder after 3 weeks got their own inspection because they didn't trust ours. Once they got their own, again, they dragged their feet getting the remediation started which resulted in us finding a place to live for over a week with a toddler, dogs, and my wife being pregnant. Victor did not help with our issues and would down play our concerns. During our final walk through, there was still paint all over the floors and the house was filthy. We were told the house would be cleaned and paint from the floors would be removed. When we went in the next day to move in after closing, the paint was still on the floors, the floors were dusty and countertops were covered in dirt. Not to mention, we were given dead grass for move in and are still getting letters from the HOA because the grass won't grow back fast enough. If we would've had another option than to buy this house, we would've. But we had already sold our house and had nowhere else to go. We will never buy another Lennar house again and have made it clear to those closest to us to not buy a Lennar home. The customer service is absolutely terrible. ... Más

Worst experience I ever had buying a home. Most unprofessional, disorganized don't care attitude I have ever encountered. The only thing they are interested in is getting your earnest money, afterwards the worst customer service ever. I will never buy another home from these people. Difficult to get a response from, dealing with people in Arizona, Texas and Florida at the same time was a complete nightmare.
