I've had a great experience with Lennar from beginning to end. My salesman was great, making himself available to answer any all questions. Requested an early closing for school and I was accommodated. My inspection went seamlessly with no major issues, and still no major issues to this date.

Have everything ready- the approval process was not easy. I had to submit the same document multiple times for no appear reason.

Ernie was amazing through the process and so patient and understanding with me and not understanding everything. I would recommend Ernie to anyone as their loan officer.

The online buying experience was super smooth, and I would prefer this process over in-person manual overhead.

I can go on and on about the Great experience i had ( even during the frustrating moments) with the Lennar Staff during my New build Home process. But, Ahmed, Shetalia, and Brookx stayed right with me until the end. They were consistent, accurate and genuinely concerned to be sure i was satisfied.
