I had a great experience purchased a few Lennar home at Magnolia Forest Montgomery Texas, the sales team Cory and Will provided the Great price which is Valuable and Worthy, The construction managers Luke, Jeremiah and Anthony did the tremendous jobs through the walk throughs until the closing. The quality of the workmanship and materials are definately Valuable. I am very satisfied Lennar homes at Magnolia Forest ! The teams are the assets of Lennar ! Many Thanks to you all and the Team ! The house is great for the price. It came with all the appliances including the fridge and washer and dryer. Is great community, quiet.

Both will and bailey are very responsive pointing me.The right directions assisting me throughout the process.I can't thank them enough With the exception of a patio "which I still miss having "the items the home did not include are things people would want to put in their own personal touch. And really love Caney Mill's subdivision, It's very well kept an great neighbors.
