Eugene was an incredible sales person who listened to our situation and guided us to a solution that enabled to buy our amazing new home. The entire sales experience was one of open collaboration on trust with a shared goal of getting us settled into the home. Out of 5 stars, I rate Eugene and the folks that assisted (particularly Christopher on the mortgage front) as 10 stars. Hard to say enough kind and truthful things about the relationships built in our purchase.

The home and neighborhood are outstanding, but what kept me with Lennar was the no-pressure sales experience with Eugene. He listened to what I wanted, found us a great deal on an even better fit than I thought, and let us buy when it was right for us.

I bought three homes from Lennar, good quality for the reasonable price in that area. They were also super easy to work throughout the buying process. Love them!

My wife and I could not be more impressed with how the home buying experience we had with Lennar went. Lennar was in constant contact with us whenever an issue popped up. The whole process took a bit over a month from start to finish. The house is amazing. We couldn't be happier especially being the first home buying experience. This whole process has been the easiest experience of my life…which is very rare with home buying. From the first look and intro to the realtor (Sarah is an exceptional woman!), to the mortgage process, and everything there after my experience has been above board!! I received what I felt was an amazing deal and with zero haggling…they gave me the best offer upfront! During my new home orientation there was an issue with carpet noted. The timeframe in between closing didn’t allow for it to be fixed..,so, it wasn’t finished on move-in. Communication was above board the whole way though. I submitted the work order once I moved in and with zero fuss, they immediately responded and scheduled the company to come fix it at a time convenient to my schedule. After being in the home for almost 2 months, I have had zero issues with anything. The whole team and their established processes are in order and well above other builders I have seen. Kudos! ... The homebuying process with Lennar was professional and transparent - two things that I found absolutely necessary in purchasing a home. They answer questions in a timely manner and address concerns with respect and clarity. I would happily buy from them again.

In our past experiences, when we bought a house, upon receipt of the keys, that was it - you're on your own. But now, even almost three months after closing, Lennar is still responsive to questions and needs. That's not something I've seen before.

So happy with the home, we are buying another one!

House was completed on the original date they said, no delays, informed us of progress and gave us several tours to see the house as it was being built.

I feel the experience of buying has been good. Eugene was available and greatly helped me in purchasing my home. I would like to comment on a few matters. The quartz island in the kitchen is not a good choice. The stone is fragile and takes a great deal of time to keep clean. There are too few electrical outlets and consequentially I have to resort to extension cords which are unsightly. The wire shelves are not good, do not look nice and bend under weight. The shower heads that are mounted high on the walls are impractical. A shower head with a hand held cord would be much better. Several of the inside doors hit each other when opening and closing. The lumber for the fencing is fragile. Such a thin cut wood that is stapled. I was quite shocked to see that. Very likely will not hold up well. And I also want to mention the common areas that are nicely installed but the landscaper did a poor job of not caring for the trees. Many of the trees have died due to neglect. Sprinklers do not reach the trees. And these trees look very shabby. And this of course is visual eyesore. Some skylights on the single story house I bought would have helped with the lack of indoor lighting. Inside lighting is poor at best even with all the inside lights turned on. I am glad to write this review and hope there can be some more care provided. Thank you. ... Más

Great process from start to finish! Everyone was so professional helpful and always went out of their way to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Lennar will always be part of our family

It had been 40 years since we bought a home. We had great support in the process from Lennar in buying this one. The home concierge was a great idea as a single point of contact. The home orientation was helpful, and the walk through to identify a punch list to fix was very good. Lennar was outstanding in taking care of all identified items. The Lennar track app was easy to use and kept us informed along the process from purchase to closing. The only minor improvement I would suggest is establishing the home concierge point of contact sooner in the process. Before that point, it felt like we were getting contacted by many Lennar reps, and it felt a little overwhelming. No other issues. Overall a good experience ... Más

This is my second new home purchase from Lennar in the last 3 years. It is only my second home. For the most part i'm satisfied with the promptness and transparency of communication. On this purchase i went with Lennar Mortgage and i did find the mortgage approval process a bit more onerous than i was expecting, and a photo survey of the completed house needed to be conducted after i moved in. This was to satisfy the lenders requirements, but coordinating this was awkward and a bit intrusive. Quality of construction was good, though there were some construction details i was expecting from this home based on my previous home purchase. One was the lack of paint covering the drywall installation in the garage. Secondly the "Everything's Included" wi fi set up was arranged differently from the previous house which confused expectations. The new Genie garage door opener is fine but the remote handheld control is unsatisfactory; not as good as the one in my first home. There was an inoperative light fixture located above the bathtub. Scheduling the repair was awkward and time consuming, though the initial survey and assessment was quick. During the troubleshooting process it was discovered that a light fixture for the shower was covered over! This was identified and fixed promptly. After the repair was done ANOTHER visit had to be conducted on behalf of the lender to photograph the finished and repaired bathroom. 2 months into the home ownership, the house has evidenced no other problems or deficiencies in construction. I was expecting a nightmare of a home buying experience from horror stories I've heard from other people buying homes, but Lennar was great and the process to purchase one of their brand new homes was very smooth! We got to do a walk through prior to closing to address any issues we saw and there were only a few minor things that were resolved before we moved in! The customer service agent was great and walked us through all of the features of the home and how to maintain everything, which was extra nice as you don't get that with a used home! Highly recommend if you are looking for a home in Kitsap County, WA that you don't skip over looking at the Lennar homes in Port Orchard! ... Más

Not much to say besides having to call stuff in from settling of a new home. I just wish they had installed AC or had given an option for it.

From the sales staff to the team overseeing the construction of the homes to the follow-up on punchlist items, my expectations have been met. We love our new home and neighborhood.
