Dayna is wonderful and a great sales rep from Lennar at Willington hights. She is always supportive and helps with fixing the issues faster . She is s good person and cares for the home buyers , shares best of the information that helps to make better decisions . I would recommend her for a promotion or salary raise for the wonderful work she has done for us.

We love the way the Trestlewood Community is set-up with a private park at your from porch and all the auto traffic taking place behind the home where the garages are located. Our experience with Lennar was mostly good however there were some inconsistencies with the support. The layout of the floor plan is very good but some the lower price comes with some cheaper materials and fewer amenities than you would get with a local versus national builder.

Lennar was immediately responsive both before and after purchase to all questions and requests.

Get involved with the process early. Take the initiative and initiate your contact with the builder. If you wait for Lennar to initiate your contact with the builder you may be waiting awhile.

You will receive many, many emails. Logging in to the Lennar website requires extra steps. You must receive an email as an extra step to log in.

This the 3rd brand new home I've purchased and by far the easiest one. That being said, I'm not sure what my 'concierge' was for? They were supposed to coordinate the process, but that didn't happen. I was always two steps ahead of them and they had an unprofessional and condescending attitude each time we spoke and never followed up with me on the list of questions. I kind of feel the same way about my loan officer with Lennar Mortgage. I never spoke to them once during the entire process. A few emails and I think one text message! Now the sales person, Sarah was awesome and made my life so easy, as did the construction manager and his staff. My biggest gripe is the lack of follow up in the loan and title departments. The home itself I think was built well as well as the price I paid for it. The communication, however, between the Lennar Mortgage and other people involved made the process of buying a home much more stressful. my suggestion to Lennar itself is make sure when people are going to purchase a home from you that you walk through the steps and the different people that they are going to have to deal with for example, the people in the showroom at the track, the mortgage people, the underwriters, and who’s in charge of HOA. There was way too many emails and phone calls from way too many people it made the whole process so confusing and much more stressful. I’ve been almost 2 months now and I still don’t have an HOA bill and no one will return my phone calls or emails with questions I have, but they were quick to send me a letter in the mail about my trashcan being in the front yard. I might be a different entity than Lennar, but even the HOA information you have on your list that was provided at the time of purchase along with all the utilities is not accurate. Thank you. ... my wife and i thought the materials were very poor. we were told we are getting a certain package, but it was not explained that it would be at the very bottom of the packages. the kitchen has 2 drawers and that's it. we are very disappointed in what we bought. i would never ever buy a Lennar home again. people ask me what i think of these homes and all i can tell them is they are cheap.

I have several issues with poor craftsmanship and poorly applied landscape. Also, Lennar was supposed to pay of my credit cards at closing and then sent me checks on their behalf. I them had to send those to the card company's and the funds never went through. My next stop is the attorney generals office.

Unresponsive mortgage company. Floors are crooked in home. A/C doesn't work well in home.
