Houses are similar to each other but spaced out and different enough. Leave you enough to make it your own. Very happy with my home and lgi.

I love my LGI Home. It's design fits my needs like a glove. The master bedroom in my 3 BR 2 BA home is spacious, quaint, and comfortable. The kitchen has the perfect layout for my cooking needs. One of the things I love most about my LGI home is the electrical outlets. There are plenty available for use. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Went in to look, 30 minutes later we were moving forward on our new home. Fast, friendly staff that make you feel like you are more than just another sale.

Beautiful homes, builder needs to use better wood for fence, first day both side fences poorly put together. I found myself redoing fences second day. But the house itself is a Gem.

The buying experience was great. I wish LGI homes offered some customization to the buyers. That would have been nice to put my touch on the house. But overall the finishes are good. Responsiveness to work orders could be better. I have reached out a couple times and would like some communication even if they received the work order and acknowledging it.

The quality and build of the home is not what i was expecting. There screws that were never patched up. There has been an ant infestation since day one. Thr door trim mold is very rough and was never sanded down when painted over. So if you touch it you will scratch yourself on it. I give the home a 4/10

I highly recommend any buyer hire their own home inspector prior to closing- I’ve experienced issues from the start, from the HVAC but installed correctly, electrical issues, hardware coming out of the dry wall, irrigation took weeks to repair, fiber optics were not installed prior to closing so it took 3 weeks after moving in to get Wi-Fi and still after over 5 weeks , I still can’t get cable, clogs in drains for toilet and shower, windows and slider doors are not sealed properly so I have bugs coming in my new home constantly , paint is already chipping on my patio floor and exterior, screens missing, etc- I’m a realtor and buying my first home has not been a pleasant experience to say the least! I don’t have time to call warranty companies as a single mother working around the clock while moving in the first 30 days after closing-these are issues that SHOULD have been addressed at the builders inspection- not a happy new home owner of a new construction build and neither are my neighbors! ... Poor workmanship on all cabinet drawers. Heating vents not properly installed. Broken sewer pipe under house. Slow leak at water meter.

very disappointed in the contractors who built this home. poor workmanship and dont bother to cleanup after working. found several nails and debris in front and back yard. they dont take pride in what they build

Poor quality, wish I could turn back the clock wouldn't buy this from house. The floors upstairs are horrible, the paint job is like a 4 year old did it. Ect,Ect

It was a good experience working with LGI Homes, they were updating me every week with the progress of the construction till the moment of closing. I'm giving them a four star overall because of the time it took to finish the house due to the lack of materials because of covid.

The LGI Team was amazing very responsive and personable. Everyone was eager to help and my Realtor Ashley was a breath of fresh air she calmed me when the process seemed stressful. Not satisfy with the way the land was done on the back of the home.proven to moved electric cables in front of the home.
