Beautiful, quiet community and very modern look Home

One of the biggest things we experienced was the quality of work we noticed with Pulte versus other home builders. We looked at three other large home builders and all three seemed to have substandard work then Pulte. Pulte just seemed to have a higher quality of house. Also, the warranty work that Pulte offers is excellent and everything is taken care of without question. This provided a huge piece of mind to us. We are very satisfied with our home.

From the very first meeting with the sales consultant, we knew that we were going to buy a Pulte home. We originally looking to downsize, we started with one plan and ended up either the largest single story plan, the Shelton. The entire experience was 100% customer focused, from sales to design center to construction and warranty (2.5 months, so far). Communication was excellent, when we were unclear, had a question or needed further information the response was immediate. It has been awhile since purchasing a new home. We’ve avoided buying new due to the usual issues that always happen. Working with Andrew our Construction Supervisor made the process so much easier. From the initial walk through, the final walk through and any issues we have had since, Andrew has gone out of his way multiple times to fix or remedy the problem. His attention to detail matches our expectations so we are never going back and forth over what should be done or questioning the quality of work. Andrew is an asset to Pulte and should be recognized as such. Thank you

We had a great experience with Pulte from start to finish. They made the process very simple and easy to understand is first time homebuyers. It also moved really quickly even for a new build, which was awesome. And even after we have closed, any question we have had has been answered easily and quickly, and if there’s been any issue in the house (like a breaker tripping) somebody has come out to fix it almost immediately. Definitely recommend buying from Pulte.

Pulte homes were honest and fast to respond to any question and honest with their answers. John from the sales office was a big help and went out of his way for you even on his day off. The builder Forman was fast to point things out and find an answer or fix any problem one might find or have.

From Andrew in the office to Vaughn in construction management, I felt very comfortable that my questions and needs were being addressed.

Rubio was great in walking us through everything I needed for our investment property. Most guys power thorugh the walk, incase repairs are needed. Rubio did a great job at identifing the issues and taking action to recitfy the issues. All round we are very happy with the purchase and the transition was made very smooth.

Matt and the Pulte builders did a great job with the buildout of Washington Place and are very responsive to any questions or issues I had since move in!!

From beginning to end everyone was professional, responsive, and always willing to answer questions. Danny listened to what I wanted in a home and delivered! He showed me a home which checked all my boxes. I was sold! Andrew completed walk-throughs and continues to be responsive to questions/issues. The ladies who reviewed the warranty program were nice and made sure to follow-up after I had moved in. Closing was easy and quick. A SUGGESTION FOR CLOSING .If a buyer is closing and completing final walk-through same day, it would be better for the buyer to have it all done "on-site". If the closing docs could be signed and keys handed over in the office where the original contract was signed (saving time to drive to another location) this would benefit the buyer. ... Más
