This is my 3rd Pulte honestly in the past 20 years!

Pulte provided all the services we needed to purchase our new home. The financing, insurance, and closing were all as painless as one could hope for. We are very pleased with the build quality, floor plan, location and style of home

Working with the construction manager, Chris, was an absolute delight. he explained everything clearly , was vey helpful and generous with his time.

We weren’t necessarily looking to buy a new home, but had spoken with Jason in the Pulte sales office and he kept an eye out for us. When he found what he thought was the perfect home for us, he reached out immediately. He was right! We love the home. Leo, the construction manager, did a great job taking us through the home, the inspection process, warranties, registration of certain appliances, etc. He was incredibly thorough and responsive, just like Jason was for the sales portion. These guys are great. Highly recommend.

Jason the agent and Leo the site contractor supervisor are both excellent at what they do. they helped me thru the process of buying a new house and getting it built to my specifications. I really appreciate all they did along the way

We purchased a "spec home" so we did not have any input as to colors, design, etc. However, the home has a lot of upgrades we are enjoying. Would like to see a wall built up more between the houses so as not to look into someone else's bathroom window-for more privacy.

As first-time home builders, my wife and I were both excited and a little nervous about the process, but working with Pulte Homes made the experience smooth and enjoyable. From the initial purchase through the architectural decisions, design center selections, and all the way to the final move-in, the Pulte team communicated with us every step of the way. Of course, there were moments of "hurry up and wait," which I imagine is part of any building process, but overall, the journey was managed well. In terms of quality and value, we are thrilled with our new home. It’s beautiful and feels like a high-quality build. While no home is perfect, Pulte has been incredibly responsive to any issues we've encountered, both during the closing process and after moving in. Their service team has reassured us that any concerns will be addressed promptly, and they’ve followed through. Special recognition goes to our build partners, Charmain, Nick, Sam, and Chris. These four were truly the MVPs of our experience. They were attentive, communicative, and ensured we felt confident and happy with each step of the build. They genuinely cared about making sure we loved everything about our new home, and it showed. For anyone considering Pulte as their builder, we can’t recommend them enough. The design and build process was enjoyable, and the final result still leaves us in awe—we can hardly believe this beautiful home is ours! Always asked if there was anything he could do for me and always listen to what I had to say and was very punctual getting back to me. He was a joy to work with! Being a park of the whole building process was great.

Pulte kept us abreast throughout the build process and while there were little things here and there that were not perfect, they have been responsive and professional in trying to make things right.

We had a wonderful experience with Pulte. This was our second home building process (first time with Pulte) and all I can say is Pulte blew our last builder out of the water. Their customer service was fantastic and our construction manager Corey was beyond amazing. He texted us updates, responded quickly to concerns, and stuck with us all the way through the process. We had a few minor things we needed his help with after we closed, and he was at our home within minutes to help out. Cannot say enough great things about Pulte. Thank you for building our dream home!

I recently had the pleasure of buying a home with Pulte at Rocking K, and I must say that the entire experience, including the loan process with Pulte Mortgage, was absolutely amazing. From the initial stages of model and lot selection to the interior design process and finally witnessing the construction of the home until its completion, I was thoroughly impressed. We had overalll great experience with Pulte who had exceptional personal attention, outstanding communication, and clarity of the building process.

The quality of this Pulte home is exceptional. The time frame exceeded our expectations as the home was completed earlier than estimated. Travis explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure our home was top notch. We would recommend Pulte to anyone.

Building a new home from another state is never easy. The regular pictures provided helped us head off a number of issues. Couldn’t be happier with Victoria, Leo, and Duke’s involvement and responsiveness.
