We are very happy with our new home!

Everything during this buying process was easy and amazing. From the beginning to the end, not a single problem occurred. Reserving the lot was super easy. The design center experience was awesome. The contractors made the building process easy to understand. Overall it was a great experience.

The Pulte Team made things easy....from home purchase to our move-in. The Pulte warrantee and the responsiveness of their representatives it a very pleasant experience.

I experienced an issue after I moved in and the field managers (Tim and Javier) both assisted me with the process to get the issue remedied. I had gone through warranty but both personally came to my door to inspect and deeply apologize for any trouble. Javier and Tim would also drop by to check in on the process as well as text me to see if everything was OK. At times, while I walking my dogs, I would bump into them and, like family, they would always say hello and ask if all is well. I feel well taken care and much enjoying my beautiful amazing home.

Pulte is a great quality builder

We are finding our new home heartwarming and welcoming. We lost our last home in a fire but desperately wanted to return to our community, our neighborhood, where we had spent the last 25 years raising our 2 beautiful girls. It is with that craving of "coming home" that we have spent the past year building our new future home. We love every aspect of it. The way we were treated by everyone here, the sales, build and design teams, (Jonathan, Tim and Vicki), is beyond compare. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Jenee and Kyle. They are extremely supportive to our needs. As with any construction project there are too many uncontrollables and Kyle has meticulously managed them for us.

Loved every step from when started to get this home that we are living in now and enjoying every moment of it. There were and a few up’s and down’s but at the all is good! Would recommend Pulte homes!!

Even in the odd days we live in, Pulte was able to complete our home on-time and as we expected. The filed manager was always communicating progress and assisted us in first-week move-in questions and issues. Home is built soundly and feels solid. Very happy we chose to build here.

Pulte homes in Deerlake Ranch provide beautiful and luxury house at reasonable pricing. Being located in a good neighborhood and close to highway and Porter Ranch and Canoga Park gives you lots of opportunities. The neighbors are very friendly and everyone is trying to make a community here. Houses have been built with good design and are very spacious. The quality of material and built if OK and not really high. They could have done a better job as sometimes you see things like constant lighting flickers or sounds in your vents and also stain on counters that shows better materials could have been used. But we have to be honest. The value matches the price. We are overall very happy. I have to give credit to the maintenance team (especially John and Tyler) who have been great the whole time in timely manner and always trying to help out. They have already addressed many of our concerns and fixed some. The buying process was overall good and straightforward. I would highly recommend these house as they offer lots of space, great design and great community. ... Más

No hay duda de que las casas Pulte son casas de alta calidad y la forma en que se explica la casa vale la pena.

As one of the big builders you guys are, please understand that for you its just another customer, but for the customer its their first home, one of the biggest purchase they can make, they are going to work for this for the next x amount of years. Don't make poor quality homes and rush the procedure cause you focus on quantity rather than quality. Your construction managers badger on getting all 10 ratings the next day you close the house , this can be verified with other neighbors too. They message you till the time you don't get it done. Once done Poof in the air!. They leave behind a long list of issues that the warranty person has to take care and just run around for it. Multiple cracks in the wall explanation: "we will see if we feel necessary to repair". Appliance not installed correctly" yeah go open tickets and wait for weeks to use your appliance". Carpets" all over the house nails are popping out, carpets are releasing threads, we were told that there is padding under it, you feel nothing" they show great things at the design studio but in reality. Home window frames the walls are crooked which affects the blinds. All around the house where tiles are installed there is spacing on the joints and should be filled up with caulking. While rushing to finish construction , they cross wired the entire HVAC system zones , and upon asking they tried to throw scientific terms that we use refrigerant and not freon, and it takes more time to cool and what not until the technician came and showed it to them. Within the garage, no paint on the drywall , they just give you as is, get your own paint. Public sidewalk infront of the house multiple places its chipped broken, I understand cause they are finishing the construction 10 houses away, but it hardly gives a premium feeling. Driveways, regular concrete unlike toll brothers who give pavers to the home owners within the same price range. a big damage to the wall it took 28 days to get it repaired. Please guys do better, if you focus on quality you will be able to make lifelong customers don't focus on making quick million, focus on triple digit millions and that will come with superior quality, not poor workmanship. ... We had blinds installed yesterday and discovered that the craftsmanship of the windows/framing is sub par. The window/framing is uneven. We have a sizable crack in the structure above the garage. Range/stove is not working. Baseboards not painted in some areas. Painting around outlets is not clean. Discoloration on driveway concrete. We've only been in the house for one week, so hopefully we won't find any more items. Pulte Mortgage made some material misrepresentations. We decided to go with B of A - better terms.

Beautiful homes and we are very happy but there are definitely things they don’t have as sharp as Toll Brothers.
