Amazing experience with Dennis and Celeste in the sales office. Sam the building manager is helpful and answered all of our questions on the home. Too much cost for the upgrade options!

So far I have nothing negative to say but good things about Pulte Homes. Starting with their people: Steven and Mary. Also, about my realtor, Renee, she is an incredible human being. As per the construction, there are some things I would have had like different, nevertheless, they cannot please everyone. I have only lived in this community for 1 month, therefore, I cannot give much feedback. Its a beautiful community though.

Pulte was really easy to work with and our overal homebuying experience was very enjoyable.

Working with Pulte was great! Maxx, the construction manager, made everything so easy while educating me along the way. He made the whole experience amazing!!

Buying with Pulte was an easy and smooth experience. In what is a stressful time when purchasing a home, Pulte made the transition effortless. I would buy with Pulte again. They have a great reputation for a reason!

It’s difficult to find new construction in the area and so we jumped at the opportunity as we kept on getting outbid for resale homes. The sales rep, Eddy, was a bit aggressive and not very warm, but we had a fantastic experience with Dorian/Maxx, our construction managers. They were extremely responsive and updated during each building phase. At the final walkthrough, we did hire a third party inspector for peace of mind, and they couldn’t find any issues. Upon moving in, everything worked well and any small issues were addressed. Great location near multiple grocery stores (Smart and Final, Safeway, Trader Joe’s, 99 Ranch, Costco, Marina) and easy to get on the 101. ... Más

We are the lucky buyers of a quick-close home that had already been configured by another buyer. Although we did not go through the full customization process, Pulte treated us well and we are happy with the new home. We did have some difficulty working with their in-house mortgage team and ultimately had to go with an outside lender. Other than these hiccups with Pulte Mortgage, we are very pleased.

Great sales experience , easy financing , great layouts and materials . Only issues happened once I moved in, glitches with appliances , electrical issues took way too long to be fixed . Otherwise super happy w my new home !

Most everything went smoothly, but a few times I reported an issue in my unit and didn’t hear back. Jose, was able to assist and all of the issues were resolved. I also noticed there are rats running around probably due the garbage bags put out once a week. Can we do something about this?

It has been a very nice experience so far living in my home. everything looks and feel great in the home except for the Buzzing sound from the outside freeway. I am a very light sleeper I hear everything. Maybe because of the large beautiful windows, I can hear the noise. Insulation is great for cool and heat but not as good for noise... but again it might just be me.

This review is for Indigo. Overall high quality build, straightforward process. The staffs really helped from the beginning to the end even providing touch-ups after moving in.

Had a great experience purchasing from Pulte Homes. Extremely professional builder and was very responsiveness to the issues we ran into.

One of the customer care representatives is very not professional and always responded to issues by either dismissing them or said things should be like that without any explanation. Requested access to client’s cell phone while other less intrusive measures could be used, and reacted badly when denied access, quoting many others granted cell phone access without question.

Overall experience with buying a new home at The Heights in San Mateo was good, though there were a few fixes that needed to be made after I moved in. After I moved in, I had to deal with issues that should have been discovered and addressed prior to my move-in, including a heater constantly tripping a breaker, issues with the solar, upside down register, non-working doorbell, etc. These should have been issues caught in their final inspections. Pulte has been responsive about the fixes, but I wish I didn't have to deal with them at all.

Professional , good attitude,

Our experience working with the Pulte Homes has overall been a positive one. In particular, Frederick, Loan Consultant was very knowledgable, professional and helpful during our loan process. Chris, High Density Field Manager III/Senior Construction Superintendent and his team have been very extremely helpful, professional, and provided exceptional customer service to us before and after we moved into our home. The quality and style of our home is excellent. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

1. seller associate is understaffed. It took some time to hear back from my question. 2. some small cosmetic issue during final walkthrough. 3. After move in, met a few issue like air conditioner stops working, severe separation for the drywall.

Overall average experience. Bad: Felt rushed throughout most of the process even when there was plenty of time to close: namely, the deposit process and the document review/signing process. Salesperson was not good at explaining things clearly/succinctly. Worst part of the buying process: how inflexible the salesperson was from deviating from Pulte docs/procedures, even though they made a mistake. Build quality isn't amazing but it's functional: details like trim, carpet edging, screws for door hardware, and even tiny drips/paint spots on the floor are all things you notice after living in the home for some time. Good: place seems to be constructed fine, little issues are taken care of relatively quickly, and the overall living space is nice. Price was good enough. ... Más

Moved in and had to deal with issues within a month related to build quality that left our new home damaged. Pulte was trying to deflect responsibilities and made the whole experience very frustrating. I don't think I would trust them again and would not recommend them.
