Overall the Pulte Home build quality is great. My construction manager Josh and coworker Luis made it such a smooth and friendly process for move-in. They also quickly responded and supported some minor issues found during initial inspection. My experience so far has been wonderful. Thanks to all who made it possible.

The construction manager I worked with could not have been better. Not only was he very responsive and able to answer all my questions and concerns, he guided me though the build process in a way that made me very confident that I was making a good investment and purchasing a quality home for myself and my family.

I was highly satisfied with how the entire process unfolded. I felt well-prepared due to upfront research and had an excellent Pulte team guiding me, which minimized confusion and frustration. The purchase process was efficient and transparent, and the move was well-planned, making it feel organized and manageable. I finished the process feeling relieved, excited, and grateful to be in my new place.

This is our very first home, and my partner and I are beyond happy with how smooth and exciting the entire buying process was! Mary, our sales agent, walked us through multiple different model homes and made the search approachable. She was incredibly friendly, and helped us find the home and model that perfectly fit our needs. After we decided to buy, the construction manager Omar gave as an extremely detailed walkthrough of the home, and even showed us matching homes still under construction. He answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure our new home was move-in ready (even labeling spots that needed paint touch up himself!). The home itself is beautiful, and was in flawless condition when we moved in. The condo is really good quality, was finished on time, and all issues pointed out in the walkthrough were addressed on closing day. Everybody throughout the process was very communicative and helpful!

We are very impressed with the quality of our new home as well as our sales agent during the process. Michele, our sales agent, has been incredibly responsive at all times of the day and is very pleasant to work with. The construction manager Joe is also fantastic and wastes no time getting things fixed if any small issues come up. The mortgage arm is another story, unfortunately. It was incredibly stressful and there were at least 3 separate times during the process when we felt it would be worthwhile to pull out of the purchase and eat the lost deposit in the house. It seems like there were daily changes in the valuation of our assets and reserves and no clear communication as to why this was happening. We also believe they were too lax in the pre-approval process. They decided to ignore a huge chunk of our assets near the closing date because they felt like it. We spent several late nights trying to justify how Pulte Mortgage came up with the valuation du jour. even after closing, we learned that we had two homeowners insurance policies and Pulte Mortgage never told us and also didn’t tell us that our insurer had sent several notices to them regarding a lack of payment. So yeah, Pulte homes are very nice but just avoid the mortgage arm. ... Más

The buying process was good and smooth. The associates and builder representatives are friendly and efficient. Everything went well without major blockers.

Our first experience started with Stephen (sales), who greets you with a smile and a great personality. He was willing to stop what he was doing and allowed us to look at several different models many times on several different days to make our decision. He also worked with us the best possible deal. Definitely a great representative in the purchase of our home. Secondly, we have to acknowledge Joe (construction), who oversees all construction and details in the home. He also takes you on a tour of the exterior and interior of your home after your purchase to shows you all the pluses and features of your home. Joe has gone beyond and above what any normal person would do to make sure we were happy with the home during and after your move in. He is definitely an asset to Pulte Homes. The whole pulte process from sale to close was smooth and painless. We are busy, both working demanding jobs, we didn’t have time to go to open house after open house and fix up a home. Pulte made the process smooth and easy, and we got a turn key , exactly as we wanted house.
