Our experience buying our new Pulte home over the past few months has been great! Although we came into the process once the construction of the home was essentially complete, we got much more of a quality home than we expected. The salespeople with whom we interacted were very responsive, insightful, and helpful. As we progressed through the process, we had helpful support from insurance, finance, and the local construction manager that met 99% of our needs. I strongly encourage you to consider Pulte if you are in the market for a new home!

It has been awhile since purchasing a new home. We’ve avoided buying new due to the usual issues that always happen. Working with Andrew our Construction Supervisor made the process so much easier. From the initial walk through, the final walk through and any issues we have had since, Andrew has gone out of his way multiple times to fix or remedy the problem. His attention to detail matches our expectations so we are never going back and forth over what should be done or questioning the quality of work. Andrew is an asset to Pulte and should be recognized as such. Thank you

From beginning to end everyone was professional, responsive, and always willing to answer questions. Danny listened to what I wanted in a home and delivered! He showed me a home which checked all my boxes. I was sold! Andrew completed walk-throughs and continues to be responsive to questions/issues. The ladies who reviewed the warranty program were nice and made sure to follow-up after I had moved in. Closing was easy and quick. A SUGGESTION FOR CLOSING .If a buyer is closing and completing final walk-through same day, it would be better for the buyer to have it all done "on-site". If the closing docs could be signed and keys handed over in the office where the original contract was signed (saving time to drive to another location) this would benefit the buyer. ... Más

I have had a wonderful experience with Pulte and they made the process extremely easy! I think my house was built with excellent quality and Andrew, the construction manager, made sure everything was perfect!

We purchased a ready-to-move-in home with Pulte Homes, and overall it was a good experience. Patrick, Tyler, Amy, and the entire team were great to work with—professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Tyler, the construction manager, was especially impressive. I ran into an issue when trying to install a light fixture in the dining area—the switch wasn’t controlling the wire. I called Tyler, and he showed up the very next day with an electrician and got it fixed quickly. That kind of responsiveness really stood out. Pulte Homes and Pulte Title had strong pros and made the process smooth. The only downside for me was Pulte Mortgage; I wasn’t a fan of how that side operates. Overall, a solid experience. ... Más

Recently purchased a new build in Independence. Great experience with Michelle in Pulte sales and the mortgage financing representatives, and excellent communications and interactions with the on-site construction superintendents Tyler and Jeremy during the entire construction process. The team was quick to respond to any of our concerns and questions throughout the build, and we are very pleased with the final product.

This has been the best new home build I've ever had. Great communication all around from everyone involved in our home purchase. Timelines and updates throughout, they were even ahead on closing by 2 months which was amazing!!

Pulte Builders were cooperative and informative from the very beginning, from helping to choose the model that best suited our needs to keeping us informed of the progress to completion of our new home. We are very satisfied with the quality and styling of our new home.

Our builder, Chris, is exceptionally communicative, processional, and knowledgeable. As this is our first CO home and we are unfamiliar with construction methods here, Chris was patient, thorough and addressed all questions and concerns with a smile. He truly wants us to be happy (we are!) with the home that he took pride in building for us. Pulte is a first-rate operation as it pertains to customer involvement and build-quality.

Overall we are happy with our home purchase. Our sales agent Amy went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered throughout the process. Our field manager Mike was good to work with. He made sure to address any concerns and ensure we were happy with the final product. We are very pleased with our Pulte home. During the building process, the team faithfully called every week on Wednesday’s with an update on status so that we stayed on track for closing. Any issues that we had after closing were dealt with h promptly.
