Great build quality. Shout out to our construction manager Miss Katie , she was great to work with , always listen to the home buyers and addresses the issue or concerns.

Katie did a great job of getting the house finished before we expected. That was great because we were in temporary housing. After closing, Brandy has gotten all of our issues handled quickly and easily. We have confidence in Pulte and the people who have helped us get in our new home.

Brandy and Jennifer really helped make sure everything was just how I wanted it . And did not give up until everything was perfect !

it was so nice of an experience to see the hospital step-by-step and the crew will call me text me pictures with the app. It was an excellent experience from talking about the purchase of the end so I got the keys. Thank you.

Having a construction contractor coming to install fans, cameras, lights and other things and listen to his comments on how well the construction was done, how the space was distributed, and how so many other details were thought of, bring a sense of satisfaction.

From the first moment we visited the project Troy and the whole team were super helpful and great resources along our journey. Home buying with Pulte was a blessing everything run smoothly and all was transparent since day one. This is our first home and I'm grateful for all the people along the way that help us (Troy, Darren, Dalton, Kathy, Brandy)

My wife and I made the decision to build with Pulte while being 1000 miles away in PA. EVERY step of the process was easy and the onsite staff during our build experience was exceptional. From Katie our project Manager to the finance group made this decision one we will NEVER regret. I could only have wished that past experiences with home purchasing could have been this easy....

Only thing I did not like was, model shown to me at sign in contract was not same one, at location. Was told after that it was not offered at location house was build. Should been inform. Everything else was fine.

Nice home but interior paint is cheap . Have to repaint the interior of the home

Until this week Pulte has answered all my concerns. I’ve left messages to 2 different people concerning electric concerns. 1 person answered my calls about a dead tree in my front yard but I haven’t heard anything since.

When purchasing our Pulte home, we got some pleasant surprises when purchasing the home, price included appliances, blinds, land, closing costs and buy down of mortgage rates. Blake very friendly and easy to work with, no pressure, which is a big bonus. Nothing turns me off more, than a pushy salesman

Overall experience was good. Quality of the house is good but the craftmanship is mediocre. There are things that would not be perfect and if you dont pay attention you would miss some of the important things that need to be fixed. Although they have good warranty.

Lanai floor easily got flooded during heavy rain, I asked to elevate the flooring to avoid the flood but didn’t granted it. Paint spill all over the floor and wall and few scratches on the floor. Floor tiles sealant easily got removed and cracked. Bad cut tiles at the shower room. Glass Sliding door not fit, some door not fit as well. Malfunctioning appliance and broken faucet and asked for assistance but until now no fixing it.

Took 8 months to build which was longer that was told. Cost was high plus interest rate increase made it go up even more. It's a great house and we like it a lot, but it took a lot of sacrifice to purchase.

Our experience is this. Structurally, the house is great. However, the quality of the trade's workmanship is poor. For example, painters and crown/floor molding. Pulte took no steps to protect our LVP flooring. Leaving marks on the floors throughout the house. Stains on the carpeting. The painters were notorious for over-spray. Over-spray on floors and porches. Several other items not mentioned here.

No is held accountable for there work from drywall to tile and plumbing I will not buy another Pulte house.
