Great home and very pleased

Working with this builder was smooth, being kept informed with all that was going on with supply was great , we have built many homes and worked with other builders the Communication was never as good thank you for this it makes everything better but I do have to say our project manager Jim N was the best we have ever worked with Thank you Jim for making moving to Florida a pleasure

Our supervisor Jim was great He was honest with us, kept us updated, sent pictures, phoned us and met with us on site. Any questions we had , he would get back to us in a timely manner. We were very pleased with his interest in us and our new home.

Field manager, Chris, was excellent. Very responsive and professional. Also workers on site really give it their best. I am now in my home and could not be happier. Wish I had done this sooner! Now working with customer service to resolve remaining issues, and very confident that they will resolve to my satisfaction.

DiVosta is a great builder. This is our second home by DiVosta. Great value for the money.

My home buying experience with Pulte was easy and quick. I am satisfied with the help and experience of the Pulte Company.

Everything up to completion was great as well as workmanship. I have some issues that need resolving, and I am not getting any reply or satisfaction in these issues. Very frustrating! Feel like now that they have my money, sit back and not solving problems.

Completion delay was a problem but we worked thru it.

My husband and I were ready to retire and had checked out other builders. Their work was not even close when it came to the details and options provided by Pulte as well as great customer service. From when we chose our home to move in was just a little over 6 months. We purchased a spec home which was about to start being built with all the bells and whistles and upgrades that we loved). Pulte made it pretty easy to buy our forever home.

Still waiting on the punch list as well as promised refrigerator and range upgrades as yet not delivered. The overall home is a nice build with way above average materials. The impact windows are top shelf, as well as the tiles.

My experience with Construction Manager, Zach was amazing. He was always professional , returned my calls in a timely manner, took the time to answer all of my questions and always kept me informed of the progress of the building of my new home. Thank you, Zach ! Kudos!!!

Paul and Todd were very responsive during the entire process. They did a very good job

Some of the workmanship was sub standard but they say they will correct it.

Overall happy with the build quality and materials, but very unhappy that I have been waiting over 5 months for a window which was broken. This is very poor performance from Pulte.

The quality checks for this home were inconsistent and often not there. The servicing once closed leaves to be desired as well.

I know things are tough with supplies and getting qualified workers, but communication is very poor. Many things still need touched up/fixed after closing and the response is very slow. We were informed our home would take 6-8 months and it took 12. We were delighted when we knew Pulte was the builder for our new home, but ended up being disappointed

Mediocre, unprofessional and make promises they later ignore and never deliver on.

Up front, Pulte seems to think they are the only company with a lot on their plates right now. While we can appreciate the increased workload, your customers have an increased workload as well. Our stress level is amplified when we have constantly follow-up on workmanship issues which should have been caught during the build process. We closed on 3/29. We have a few small issues with our home, but it's taking forever to address. House was FILTHY upon transfer with no offer of remediation except to agree that the cleaners are awful... but no action by Pulte. Landscaping ("Impact Landcaping") is awful - they planted dead shrubs in our backyard and despite being in the neighborhood every day, have not come back to replace them because they can't get sea grapes right now. Its the most popular plant in FL and every nursey I have been to has piles of them. They also put roughly 1" of mulch around the house so we see more dirt than mulch. We are still waiting on the fridge that PULTE ORDERED since we bought a spec house. Pulte is completely non-committal on when the fridge will be here since "it's JB Hunt's issue"... Sorry - you can't have this both ways. Pulte wouldn't let us change ANYTHING on the house. Even really minor stuff like a flat panel TV prep in the living room so we can be sure we are avoiding the plumbing which is behind that wall. But on the other hand, they won't take ownership for getting us the fridge THEY ORDERED, even though we can get the same fridge down the street (oh, "but it's not the same model because the serial # is one digit off"). A few other issues that are being ignored as well - scratches on countertops, windows which don't open/close right (if you are strong enough to even get them open). We would be hard pressed to recommend this builder. ... Más
