Quality Built homes in a great neighborhood setting. Great for all generations. Soon to open parks and amenity center will be an awesome hub this neighborhood. We moved from busy Southeast Florida and love the relaxed and peaceful vibe of the neighborhood. Still has a feel off country living with nearby access to stores and shopping. The builder has been very responsive to any call out. We are very satisfied with our experience with Pulte at the Landings

My experience was awesome from Ty Warren, my sales representative to Matt Bullard, my building contractor. Ty is the first impression that you receive from Pulte and no one could represent your company any better. Matt is absolutely fantastic. He was so caring and listened to each and every concern that I had. He met each and every one in a caring and professional manner. He went above and beyond to make my experience perfect. The.Pulte team was great to work with from the onset of our purchase, design center team & working with the construction manager while home was being built. The one suggestion I would have is that Pulte should make an option or include with the home a side constructed place for the garbage & recycling bins since in the community they don’t want the bins left outside where they can be seen, which is ok by me but leaving them in the garage is unacceptable & disgusting since garbage is picked up once a week. I applied to the HOA & received approval to construct such a garbage storage on the side of my home. Everyone from my contractors to my sales team to my mortgage representative were professional, open and informative. Looking back, I do wish I had more house and cabinet color options. House colors were not shown pictured on the house itself, so it was difficult to envision. But overall, I'm happy with the home, and being part of such a great community. Many thanks to all who made this positive experience a reality!

Buying my new home with Pulte has been a great experience. My sales consultant Nadia was great and answered all questions and helped me with everything. Nate who was my construction manager was amazing. He sent pictures with all updates and explained everything and answered all questions. This made buying a new home from scratch an experience I really enjoyed.

Construction manager, Tyler was great. I live about 900 miles away. Every week, Tyler sent pictures to show the progress. On the final walk through there was a problem with my kitchen sink. Tyler had it replaced immediately. I'm so happy he was assigned as my construction manager.

Sales representative Cheryl was very informative, told us of options and responded to all of our questions and concerns. Our Closing was seamless and only took 40 minutes. The project manager, did our Walkthrough and addressed 2 minor concerns we had. Overall, so happy with the Pulltie systems and processes. Js

Our salesperson Cheryl was very pleasant to do business with. She explained the options available in the home we selected and she explained the building process including time frames. Our home was completed earlier than promised. Our construction manager Josh kept us informed with weekly videos of the building stages.Josh was very helpful and took time to answer our questions via zoom, phone and email. We were out of state purchasers. My wife is very pleased with the upgraded kitchen and the home is beautiful. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Pulte homes. Thank you.
