I’m very happy with my current home from Pulte Homes. This is actually the second home I’ve purchased from Pulte Homes in the last 8 years, which says a lot about my overall satisfaction with the quality of their homes and communities. The construction quality, floor plans, and overall customer experience have all been positive for me. I’m also a Realtor, and I regularly recommend and sell Pulte Homes to my friends and clients because I genuinely believe in the product and the value they offer. That said, I do think their mortgage department needs improvement. The process could be more efficient, with better communication and smoother coordination throughout closing. While the overall home-buying experience was good, the mortgage side was definitely the most frustrating part.
