I went to the open house at Harbor Square. Talked with Andrea, who was very informative, about wanting to buy but I wanted my son to see the models. I scheduled a day to bring my son and she was able to show him the model with the garage, which we now live in!! What was really awesome is when Robert was able to show us both what our home looked like before all the drywall was installed. Along with all the extra safety features that will keep us both safe while enjoying our new home! Andrea and Robert, thank you so much!

My buying experience was excellent! The sales team, design consultant, and the construction team were extremely knowledgeable, supportive and very friendly! They responded quickly to all of my questions and walked me through the entire process. This was my first new construction home and I was very impressed with the way everything was handled! I have a beautiful home that was built with the highest of quality! I love my new Pulte home and I definitely recommend Pulte to anyone and everyone who wants to buy or build a new home!

The entire process was excellent. We did not use a real state and were able to buy a new home without any issue in a couple of months. The quality of materials, design, and appliances satisfy all our expectations. We are really happy living in our new home and neighborhood.

I want to give a shout out to the Andrews in the team (sales and construction agents) , Crystal and Brian. I had such a wonderful experience with these Individuals. They truly cared for me during the whole process. This was an emotional and difficult time for me and they helped me so much every step of the way.

The overall experience was great. Nicole walked us through the selection process. (A note to anyone looking to buy, when picking the curb look of the home, just note that each look changes the floor plan slightly. The front bedroom is bigger or smaller for example.) Crystal helped us design the home and Matt was a great construction manger. There were items discovered during walkthroughs but they were fixed speedily. And if not next day, a plan was put in place with dates. During the build Nicole and Matt kept us up to date with status and pictures. We found additional issues after close (light switch wired incorrectly, missing outlet), but the warranty repair process has been easy and smooth with Kristi. The truth? Sales team phenomenal - everything else? Not so much.

My experience with everyone was fantastic before my house was delivered. Once it was delivered, all the issues started to come out (normal for a new house) the problem is now that I have to chase people to fix them instead of the builder interest on fixing was was reported as wrong.

The purpose of this review is to provide an accurate account of our experience in Sunrise Estates. While for the most part the experience was positive there have been a few issues along the way. We were completely unimpressed with our rude sales team member who was wrong about multiple steps in the process. Our construction manager, Vaughn, has been more than helpful and our best point of contact in this process. Working with him we were consistently impressed with how he conducted our build especially after being switched into the role. A few issues have been tough to deal with and have tried to go through the proper channels to get them corrected. We have reached out to multiple managers regarding issues with irrigation, grading, and even code violations and have been met with silence. We feel as though we are being ignored in hopes the problems will be swept under the rug since no one can respond to us. The solutions provided to us to handle these items are less then impressive and in our option, devalue the home we just built. Trash is consistently being blown in our backyard. The plants included with the home and HOA mandated are dead or dying due to these issues. Privacy is at a premium some days as multiple contractors (we hope) will walk all over your property without any introduction. We were very excited to build with Pulte as part of the friends and family experience but this has been a very sour experience. Hopefully this leads to a productive solution as we wish to improve the process for our potential neighbors. As of right now we would not recommend anyone we know build with Pulte ... Más
