I had a great experience with David, Brandon, and Josh. David, the construction manager, has continued reaching out to check in with us, which truly stood out. Brandon was our customer service representative for the purchase, and he was responsive, helpful, and great to work with from start to finish. Josh handled customer service aftercare for the new construction and warranty items, and he made the process easy by staying on top of what we needed. Overall, the service and communication from all three were excellent.

Vaughn and Andrea were both great communicators and attentive to our needs, from day one. Everything was thoroughly addressed and they were both responsive to any issues. I give them and the whole Pulte experience 10 stars!

The process from beginning to end was great.

Our experience buying our new Pulte home over the past few months has been great! Although we came into the process once the construction of the home was essentially complete, we got much more of a quality home than we expected. The salespeople with whom we interacted were very responsive, insightful, and helpful. As we progressed through the process, we had helpful support from insurance, finance, and the local construction manager that met 99% of our needs. I strongly encourage you to consider Pulte if you are in the market for a new home!

My experience with pulte has been pleasant and timely

Life circumstances required me to move from Colorado to central Ohio. My realtor suggested that I look at a new Pulte homes in a 55+ community in New Albany. I really liked the floor plan of the new home I purchased and was pleased to learn that yard work and snow removal was part of the homeowner’s agreement. I have met several of my new neighbors and they as well are very happy with their new home as well as the community. I am extremely happy with my purchase of my new home as well as the home buying experience with Pulte homes.

From inquiry with Victor, to walk through with Amber and follow up’s with Jayden it has been an excellent customer service experience. Things happened throughout all of the phases, but we could not have asked for better responses and results. Wonderful team at Parkside Trails.

Our construction manager, Justin, was fantastic! Explained everything thoroughly when we closed. Our warranty rep, Stacy, also responded quickly to the minor issues experienced after move in. Quality is great. Super happy in our new home!

Purchased two homes in Solis Grande Bonita Springs Florida. Everyone that I met through the process was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to make it easy. I have purchased many homes in my lifetime and these 2 purchases were the easiest thanks to Pulte Homes.

Our 1st contact was with Theresa in the model home next door, through our purchase she was "the Rockstar". She was very informative about the property and was always available to answer questions with a smile and a high degree of professionalism. Because of these traits when ever I had questions I would ask her and she was invaluable in steering me in the right direction. The mortgage was also helpful and patient during the document gathering. The title office worked with us to close on the agreed date.

Beautiful, quiet community and very modern look Home

One of the biggest things we experienced was the quality of work we noticed with Pulte versus other home builders. We looked at three other large home builders and all three seemed to have substandard work then Pulte. Pulte just seemed to have a higher quality of house. Also, the warranty work that Pulte offers is excellent and everything is taken care of without question. This provided a huge piece of mind to us. We are very satisfied with our home.

From the very first meeting with the sales consultant, we knew that we were going to buy a Pulte home. We originally looking to downsize, we started with one plan and ended up either the largest single story plan, the Shelton. The entire experience was 100% customer focused, from sales to design center to construction and warranty (2.5 months, so far). It has been awhile since purchasing a new home. We’ve avoided buying new due to the usual issues that always happen. Working with Andrew our Construction Supervisor made the process so much easier. From the initial walk through, the final walk through and any issues we have had since, Andrew has gone out of his way multiple times to fix or remedy the problem. His attention to detail matches our expectations so we are never going back and forth over what should be done or questioning the quality of work. Andrew is an asset to Pulte and should be recognized as such. Thank you

We had a great experience with Pulte from start to finish. They made the process very simple and easy to understand is first time homebuyers. It also moved really quickly even for a new build, which was awesome. And even after we have closed, any question we have had has been answered easily and quickly, and if there’s been any issue in the house (like a breaker tripping) somebody has come out to fix it almost immediately. Definitely recommend buying from Pulte.

Pulte homes were honest and fast to respond to any question and honest with their answers. John from the sales office was a big help and went out of his way for you even on his day off. The builder Forman was fast to point things out and find an answer or fix any problem one might find or have.
