From my very first interaction with my sweet salesperson, Lindsey to my final walk through with construction manager, Jacob and turning in my last documents for closing to Gabby and Keila, I had a fantastic home buying experience! I was treated with kindness, fairness, respect, compassion and professionalism along the way. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Whenever a hiccup with my financing would occur, the team was very accommodating and helpful to me. The quality of my home is wonderful and I am very proud to be part of the Pulte family! I love our neighborhood, Pioneer Ranch! I’ve met many wonderful neighbors and I am looking forward to the completion of the amenities! I’m so very proud of the community I am part of. Home quality is very good, price is a bit expensive but its worth it Construction manager Jacob was amazing throughout the building process

From the day of tour to Closing the process was easy, professional and very personal. After closing they have also been extremely attentive and responding in a timely matter. The sales person and the Construction Manager of Pioneer Ranch/ Pulte Homes have been great. This is my second Pulte Home and I definitely recommend.

We have been enjoying our new home. Construction Manager was great to work with and ensured all crafts did a great job during construction. Only draw back was that we had to purchase a number of items: refrigerator, ceiling fans, blinds, pendant lights, and screening for lanai after moving in.

Our experience with the sales and construction groups was outstanding. Our sales associate was extremely helpful during the buying process. The construction process was amazing as they stayed on schedule, kept us well informed and were quick to answer all of our questions. The reason for the average scores is finance. They were hard to communicate with and didn't listen to our questions or concerns. This lack of listening has even followed us post sale. Very disappointing.

The kitchen counter is cracked with a repair underneath Never Should Have been Installed!, the Hallway wall is out of square. It has a wave in it! There was a bird.bath in the rear Patio that is still not finished with repair. We have a HVAC system that the door need removed every time to replace the filter. All are still open tickets!!!

Cracked stucco, cracking grout in master bath, entryway threshold issues that still is not resolved after multiple repair attempts, Pulte sales team outright ***** about property exemption policy. Incompetence with the ***** management team, street lights in the community are burnt out, street signs have been knocked over for weeks, common area, landscape issues, trash, not being picked up by construction nails in the road from construction worker. Amenity center not complete I have many more issues if someone would contact me.
