My sales consultant Zorinel was amazing. She was very responsive & helpful throughout the entire process. My experience was great due to hard work & diligence. I was also happy with the construction of the home. The site manager was thorough, his team did great work. My home also closed ahead of schedule!

I recently worked with Mark the builder and I must say, he was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and always had updated information on the project. What I appreciated the most was how hands-on he was. He was always willing to communicate and provide answers to any questions that I had. Overall, I had a great experience working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

The selections team were great to collaborate with when picking out our customizations. Excellent salesman, good follow up and available for all the process including after closing. Regarding the house, the wait time was longer than we expected, but at the end the house is very good and all the little things were fixed.

Our rating states it all. We are so happy with the Westgate model in the Boca Flores community. If you are looking for a one stop shopping experience from selection of models and finishes to financing and closing, Pulte is the homebuilder for you. It all started when we met Pam, Pulte Sales Consultant. Her engaging personality coupled with her knoweldge of the Builder and Community sold us on the property. She introduced us to neighbors who popped in to say hi while on their walks so when we moved in - it felt like "home". She is a value-added asset to the Pulte team. She will be missed by all when the community is complete. Ryan, Field Manager, consistently demonstrates his uncompromising focus in the area of quailty assurance and responsiveness to issues, even after we moved in. He is a man of his word. He too has an engaging personality and who is clearly dedicated to exceeding expectations. He too will be missed when the community is complete. Eric, Property Manager, has addressed our 30 day warrently needs in an expeditious and friendly manner. It can be overwhelming the first month of move-in. He kept us informed on the progress of fixing minor issues and reminded us to complete all the warrenty requirements on our appliances, water heater and air conditioner. I should mention that the Pulte contract crews are also amazing. They are skilled craftsman in their trade and clearly take pride in their workmanship. Very professional and friendly. Would purchase through pulte again in the future

I have never had a new home and I will say this was a wonderful experience. Peggy in sales and Mark in construction have been fabulous and have gone above and beyond. The workers in the development have been friendly and nice and very hardworking. Good team of people all around and I love my new home.

Pulte Homes sales (Peggy) construction/ operations (Mark / Shea) outstanding commitment to excellence, professionalism, detail oriented and a positive customer experience. Where the company needs work is there design center , mortgage co and after purchase concierge service. Overall, Pulte builds a beautiful, well constructed home.

Our sales agent Andrea was great and our construction foreman Mark is THE BEST however our closing was a nightmare. The Tittle Co. was clueless. Closing kept getting pushed back bc of inaccurate paperwork! There is very little support offered once homeowners move in. For instance, learning how to program community gate, garage ect. There isn’t a lot of support by HOA.
